Carpets in hallway were dirty not vacuumed. Three days and no towels at the pool.
Pool is not managed so kids running diving and just not being watched by parents.
Carpet in room was musty smelling.
Room was just average not as sold on website.

I did not like that the rooms did not have a balcony, and for that reason I would not stay there again in the summer. Also there was a very foul smell in our bathroom, some sort of toilet problem. The out door pool was jammed with kids and no life guard on duty. I feel that the room charges were way too over priced for all those inconveniences. Also no microwave in the room. The room was very clean and updated but overpriced due to missing items I mentioned.

I absolutely love this hotel. I have been coming here for the last 20years when it was perviously the intercontinental. Updates are fantastic and the food was great. My only complaint is the temperature of the pool. It is so cold. I know they changed over to salt water pool (which is fine), but they really need to reassess this. I have stayed at many hotels across the US. This is by far the coldest pool I have ever been in. My kids couldn’t tolerate the pool over 20min. When you asked the front desk, they simply note that it is within regulation, but there really is no reason why they cannot increase the temperature slightly. Salt water pools must be over 60 degrees and have no heat limit. Other than this, truly a great stay that is pet friendly.

Our first stay was good last year. However we were surprise by our second stay. Elevators was not working and the back elevator was very outdated, carpets and walls from the back stairs were dirty, paint was peeling off in our bathroom, the ladies locker room was dirty with the toilet clogged. We had loud young guests that kept opening the back door to smoke cigarettes, and yelling cursing as if someone was arguing. They’re were little kids around. At 1130pm it was loud with people talking and when we informed the front desk, we felt like nothing was done that the noise was continued until 12:30am.

The Crafted Italia was very good. Room and hotel in general were very clean. Staff were friendly. However, too many little kids in the hot tub which we thought is suppose to be for adults.

I really like this place. It is pretty much brand new, and since it's a short drive from Lake Geneva, it is usually a great value - but still close to everything (town, lake, skiing). Let's see, pool table, great coffee shop, good gym, sauna , steam room and indoor / outdoor pool. I actually haven't tried the restaurant since the awesome Mars Resort (Restaurant / Bar/ Piano Lounge) is just down the street. As long as it stays affordable, this is my first choice for Lake Geneva area. Although I went solo, the hotel is family friendly, so if you hate little kids, this may not be the best spot for you.

Room was dirty, carpet was sticky. On the 3rd floor and could hear people talking in the parking lot. Could hear children yelling and running somewhere on the floor. Room smelled and looked dirty. Checked out in approximately 2 hours. Person who checked us out could not refund us so manager is supposed to. Haven't heard back.

Overall, a very nice stay, but very noisey and loud due a large number if families with kids during Xmas break. Running down the hallways until 11 to 1130 each night. Hotel waived 1 night resort fees for 2 nights of noise.

I used to love coming to the property in the winter with my family. Over the last two years they have changed the restaurant to Italian(which is my favorite food), but with a family a variety would have been a better option like they used to have. They did away with the breakfast meals as well. Another down fall is they shut down the bar, which was family friendly and had family games for us to use. I'm going to say that we might have to stayed the last time.

The service was very good, our only complaint was the children run up and down the hallway, which has nothing to do with the service.
