Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Germantown, WI

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel maintenance and cleaning staff should pay more attention to detail of their shower heads in each room and cleaning the tubs better in each room. Also they should take time to clean the refrigerators better as well. Fix the jets in the hot tub too. And place families with little children on the first floor. But overall it was a quiet area, safe, breakfast was okay, and pool was ok as well.

It was good but people we partying outside by our window it was noisy and kids running back and forth in the hall and very rude children at the pool making fun of me

Beds were fine but the pillows were very small. Very noisy throughout the night both nights of our stay. People talking and yelling with kids running in the halls all night long. No hot coffee available until 7:00am. Staff more interested in talking on the phone and to other employees instead of customer service.

Good Weekend Getaway with the kids and Wife-Pool and Hottub were nice and The Hottub in the Room was Great-Nice Hotel to Visit!

Noisy family upstairs.

The location was convenient for us and the property looked very nice overall. Their dining hall was actually our favorite place because it was so big and airy and their breakfast was always delicious. The saddest part about our stay is we stayed a total of 7 days and never once was our room cleaned, trash taken out or towels exchanged. Around day 3 when we realized no one would be doing this for us, I started taking out our trash daily and exchanging our towels every 2 days. I would literally find the cart and either help myself or ask if someone was around. Some of the housekeepers looked like they were hustling and others were just on their phones daily so stopping by our room once the whole stay would have been expected but I guess not. We plan on either staying with family next time we visit or trying a different hotel.
