We were there for five days/nights for visiting family and friends. Good breakfast. Great towels for hotel towels. Friendly and polite staff. Got my rewards. Clean and attractive lobby, but freezing AC. Too cold. Daily service in our room was appreciated even if it was minor. One BIG problem: handicapped accessible room. Why? I would get a ticket if I parked in a handicap spot. But here I’m put in this room where the shower water floods the floor; where I can’t hang up my clothes because they hang on the floor. I did not request that room and just wonder why?

Very friendly, super clean, modern and the pool was a blast with the kids. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking in the area.
