I had a 1BR suite, which was a surprise as I thought I booked a standard room. It was nice to have the space and extra sink for staying a week. I also appreciate the "no kids" swim hours in the late evening!

The stay was worth the $80 a night. It was nothing fancy but nice. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was very good. Many choices for older and young kids. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was just okay. We were in the king suite with the pull out couch and there wasn’t enough pillows and the blanket for the pull out was thinner then a towel. And there was only a/c in the bedroom so the couch area got warm. And there was a child in the pool that got a bloody nose in the water, the staff was made aware and they did nothing about it. The family of the child could only splash water on the blood that was all over the waking area. No staff came in to clean or to see if there was blood in the pool. Now in the other hand the breakfast was amazing! The woman running it was on top of her game.

Convenient to family and friends we were visiting. Had requested a room with handicapped accessibility and request on line did not transfer over to site. Next time will call directly for reservation since online is not reliable.

The woman at the desk named MARY ANNE was extremely rude and disrespectful. Completely blew us off when we asked her to send someone to the room because we found a bed bug. She called my husband a liar more than once and even shooed him away as he is exolaining what we saw! We had to leave middle of the night with my infant and daughter. This was supposed to be a surprise trip for my daughter's middle school graduation and it was THE WORST! At checkin that staff wasn't very friendly either. Never cracked a smile and spoke so low I could barely hear her. Luckily though, I talked to a manager next morning and was able to get a refund.

When i arrived the lady that checked me in was not very friendly. The room was not the cleanest. There was hair in the bathroom tub and hair in the jacuzzi. The bed looked like they just fixed it really quick after the last guests. We were told the pool was adults only after 10 pm. We scheduled our pool time from 10-12 ended up leaving because hotel staff did not monitor the pool and young kids were in there shortly after we came in. The jacuzzi in the room was also not the greatest. Maybe a little outdated the jets barely worked.

We moved from another hotel to country inn and it was a great move. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The wonderful lady at the front desk even gave us a little family bag with goodies for the kids. The pool and hot tub were great and my husband and I thought it was cool the hot tub was open for adults only from 10-12. Normally hotels don’t have pools open so late so that was a great add. Also appreciated the earlier check in and 12 o clock check out. Breakfast was great and hot. We were very pleased with our entire stay. Definitely will be back the next time we are in Kenosha.
