Horrible. Didn’t get the room we paid for, then got overcharged $80 for the room we didn’t pay for. We had 5 people and they gave us a 1 king bed room. For almost $300 you’d think they could at least get the room right. All other hotels in town were sold out for the same event we drove here for. We drove 4.5 hours and our kids were pretty disappointed we had to cram in a room like that. We even booked 2 months in advance to avoid bs like that. They were not helpful at all, said to call hotels.com to get a refund or make it right. I called 4 times and got ‘disconnected’ all 4 times. Then The 5th I did the chat online and magically the guy said he was having ‘system errors and a supervisor would be in contact within 3 hours’ here we are a day later and still nothing, no response, and no way to successfully get ahold of them. Between my account, my husbands, and our business account through hotels.com we have easily spent 20k on rooms this year for personal and business use, through hotels.com and we will probably never spend a dime on booking with them again.

We booked a room here at the very last minute as we were at a horrible hotel and needed to book something else. The Oneida hotel is beautiful. It’s the cleanliest hotel I have ever stayed in. They have laminate flooring instead of carpet, why doesn’t anyone else do this??? And you don’t even have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to! There a bunch of food choices right in the hotel! The pool is 24/7 which is wonderful when you’re traveling with an infant, I could sneak out while she and hubby were sleeping to go for a solo swim! 100% will be staying here frequently

Terrible customer service at check in, no directory in the the room of food or delivery options of the area, tv wasnt working properly on 4 channels. looked like our room had not been swept wen cleaned when i called the desk for area directory they told me to google it. The sunday manager was nice n understood my frustrations and gave me some coupons. Unfortunately we will no longer be staying there, worst part was that my kids n i just wanted a basic stay and onieda casino hotel could not handle a basic stay.

Overall its okay. My husband and I heard children running around in their room, but what do you expect in a hotel when it comes to children. I get it. Cafe young lady was not friendly and was not timely.

Very modern updated hotel. Looks nice. Could be cleaner though. The floors were kind of dirty, and the bathroom walls had looked like a kid wiped food on them. Shower itself was nice, good pressure, not too much not too little and got nice and hot.

Hotel portion was nice, didn’t visit the casino. Staff interaction was perfectly fine. Only issue we had was the AC in the room wouldn’t come on and stuck st 77-78° the entire time. Another family we traveled with had the same air conditioning experience.

The pool area could be reached directly from one of the elevators. The woman who checked me in was extremely helpful and placed me into a room that was very close to an elevator which was great since I am mobility challenged. On the negative side, the pool was full of unsupervised kids and the hot tub was so packed with kids that there was no room to sit. Most higher end hotels have times set aside for adults only late in the day. That would be a good change.
