My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We loved the pool so much, especially that it stayed open until midnight. The rooms were good and breakfast was great as well. We loved that there was a variety of food to choose from. We will be back.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly (the lady at the front desk and breakfast staff were very pleasant), the beds were comfy, the breakfast was great with many options, and dogs are allowed for a reasonable fee. Most notably, the rooms are very quiet. There was a group that was rowdy and had loud music past 11:00 pm. We had no idea until we left the room to take the dog out. The hallway was really noisy but as soon as the door was shut, our room was silent.
Minor downsides were the hot tub was not working and a rollaway cot that my son used was quite uncomfortable. If we come with all the kids again, we will bring an air mattress. These issues would not stop us from staying here in the future.

Staff was nice, pool had way too much chemical, people running the halls at all hours banging on doors, kids left unattended to get sick in pool area bed in a bag smelled awful so we couldn’t use it, pull out couch was the worst one I’ve ever seen, water marks all over ceiling in bathroom, breakfast food safety with temperature sensitive items not being followed easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel

To Whom it May Concern,
My extended family and I rented three hotel rooms at your Country Inn and Suites located at 2945 Allied St, Green Bay WI. We have three rooms, 125, 107 and 206 for a seven night stay.
We have been exceptionally disappointed by every part of our stay. From the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms, to the stocking of basics around the hotel, to the friendliness/lack there of of your staff.
To start with, cleanliness.
The carpets are disgusting in the entire hotel. With obvious stains all over the floor in the halls and rooms.
My parents were originally assigned a room on the second floor and had to request to be moved because the room smelled like cigarette smoke, the AC didn’t work, there were numerous large stains on the carpet and the tv didn’t work. In the room they were moved to (107) my parents have had to fix the toilet numerous times because it is so rusted the part doesn’t stay where it is supposed to. They requested housekeeping several times and didn’t receive any. They’ve emptied their own trashes, and had to request clean towels at the front desk. We are on day FIVE and they’ve received NO HOUSEKEEPING.
My sisters, in room 206, found POOP on the floor under their bed. When they notified the front desk there was no apology or offer of a discount by way of apology. They just said they’d come clean it up. They came and picked up most, but not all of the poop and used no cleaner to clean the floor. We had to go back to the front desk

Our stay started off on the wrong foot from the start. We got checked in and sent to a room by the front desk clerk, Lee. Who was friendly, until he wasn't. The room we were sent to was not cleaned. I went back to the front desk to get a different room. Lee asked me what the problem was. I told him. He asked me to wait until he checked in the next guests. I told him no, because my husband and child were waiting in the hallway with all of our stuff. I also apologized to the guests and they were fine with it because they hadn't started checking in yet. Lee responded with, "Wow, just wow!" He got the housekeeping woman, she said she had made a mistake. Hey, I'm fine with that, it happens. He then said to her, "You better take HER with you so she can see it." I've never had anyone be that rude to me in front of other people before. I was not rude to him at all, so I don't understand the attitude.
Fortunately, DAWN, yes all caps! Was the housekeeper who showed me the clean room. She was also there most mornings and was friendly, pleasant, and had a great sense of humor! Everyone else we came into contact with in the hotel was pleasant and helpful, so it somewhat made up for the rough start.

When we arrive the initial check in was fine however, we had issue with the WiFi working and we needed it for our cell phones. The staff my husband asked about the WiFi was very rude and dismissive.
Our children decided they wanted to use the pull and my husband and I wanted some time to relax in the hot tub. The pool was nice, nice temperature too. However, the hot tub has broken pieces of the concrete tile missing and one was found in the water. Not to mention we didn’t even know thenjets were on, us a 2 other couples joked about what we believed we’re supposed to jets. To top it all off, th hot tub was gross! There was this weird film on top of the water like dead skin which tells me it has my been cleaning properly. There is nothing more disturbing that leaving a pool with visible residue on your skin. Even after showering my skin is still itching and burning. The room was not what I would have expected for the cost we paid for 1 night. There are holes in window curtain lining, visible signs there was water damage from the ceiling. There were love and dead spiders in our room. The desk chair looks like a cat was needing on it, there many pin size holes all over it and tears in the vinyl.

The only good thing was its quiet and a good location. This place could be so much more if housekeeping cared more about there jobs! The curtains were dirtywith who kmows what on them, the carpet is filthy(big stain on the floor as you walk in), the walls have drips/splashes of something/and dinged up. There was garbage under the TV/dresser area from the pervious people with we left there. If you lift up the bedding along the bottom theres crumbs/popcorn along both beds on the floor. Went to check out breakfast and the sausagepatties were grey looking needed a bit longer to cook, turned right around because i seen the blonde haired breakfast lady blowing her nose in the kitchen and continued on with her job without washing her hands and the kid working with her had greasy messy hair pulled back in a ponytail. Appearance is everything with employees!Yuck

GB area hotels are plentiful but rates are high lately. I found this hotel at a decent (but not too low) rate. Based on images, this hotel is probably better than some of the similar hotels in the area that cost more per night.
I booked two rooms, one a suite and one a standard king. I needed the suite since we were traveling with our dog and baby. The standard king room was IDENTICAL to the suite. I paid nearly $100 more total for 2 nights for the same exact room. I didnt bother asking bc i knew the front desk would say that we booked thru expedia and we needed to contact them. Beware of that when booking!
Overall we liked the stay. Everything except the bathroom. The shower wouldnt drain, found 2 spiders, the toilet is in such a location that your leg brushes against the front of the bowl every time you leave the room.
The knob by the front door allows for temperature controlled air to reach the sitting area portion of the room.

We had a family vacation. Was disappointed that one of the members rooms was canceled since the hotel over booked. The hotel rooms were not clean had stains all over the beds. The rooms we booked all stunk like cat pee. Hot tub broken down. Door handles broke to bathrooms. Now the only positive I have is the staff. They were extremely helpful and nice.
