Wingate by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells Waterpark

We booked last minute and were looking for something reasonably priced with a small water park for the kids. The lobby was clean and beautifully decorated. The lady who checked us in was kind and inviting. Since it had been unusually hot we asked if the outdoor pool was open. It was not but she said she would request it be opened for us. By the time the kids were ready for the pool, it was on and unlocked. The room we got was upgraded from what we had reserved which was a pleasant surprise. My eight year old son was so impressed and said it was the nicest hotel he had ever been in. The rooms were beautifully renovated, the pools were clean and enjoyable. You can tell they go to great lengths to keep the facility clean. We will definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay with a family! Pool areas were clean and up to date. Staff was super friendly, courteous, and helpful! Definitely will be staying again!

Overall the hotel was nice but was not impressed with the service. The staff was not polite and did not say anywhere while booking the room that children could not stay in it until I got there and had already paid that I was handed a paper to sign saying my 2 year old could not stay in there with me. Secondly the lady at the front forgot to give me back my ID and Debit card after checking me in and never reached out or called my room after knowing where I was to tell me she had this stuff. I got home today only to find out she never gave it back and had to drive 2 hours back down just for the staff to act like I was an inconvenience to them and not 1 apology. I get that things happen but to be treated like that after spending over $400 for 1 night seemed extremely rude and inconsiderate. Would I ever stay here again? Probably not due to that. I booked the wrong dates and they told me they could not change it so now I’ll probably just be out the money and not return due to how we were treated.

Me and my family have stayed here for about 3 or 4 times now is our go to Wisconsin dells hotel my boys love the inside and outside pool and free breakfast! Staff is nice and helpful. Will definitely come back next year!

Great price, great for kids, room a little moldy in the air.

Me and my family stayed there for the 4 of July it was awesome. As of now it’s one of the best hotels we stayed in the dells I had stayed in bigger ones like the wilderness and let me tell you this wingate is perfect just what we needed and free breakfast is a plus beds are so comfortable even the couch is amazing!! Not to mention the pool and hot tub is great coming back to this hotel again.

The property was clean and easy to get around. Pools were clean and great for younger kids. It was an easy drive to downtown and the major attractions but far enough that it wasn’t noisy or alot of crowds. Staff was nice, helpful and the breakfast was good and an easy way to feed a lot of kids early and get out day going

Clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. Amenities are great for families, definitely a place I will recommend and keep booking. Thank you.

The property is great for small children. There were no working elevators available during our stay and we were given a 2nd floor room.

The elevator was broke and has been but wasnt told to us prior to booking. Breakfast was awful. Neither of my family members could eat it. Gross. So loud and staff was unfriendly
