Check-in was quick and easy, the front desk clerk was chipper and informative, and except for one crying baby being carried down the hallway (no one's fault of course), everything was quiet and relaxing. I'd definitely visit again the next time I need to stay in the area.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, hot shower. Breakfast was nice, my family appreciates the addition of tortilla wraps, cheese and salsa for breakfast wraps. Nice coffee machine too for lattes and cappuccinos. I also liked the choice of artwork at this hotel

Was in the area to visit family in the hospital. Hotel is conveniently located and there was dining available within walking distance.

As my family and I were traveling back to Pittsburgh from Orlando, having to rent a car and drive, after a cancelled flight- we encountered a terrible snow storm and as I searched a place to stay, I could not find anything open. I came across this place and it was available. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very hospitable. She provided us with all of our needs and the morning breakfast was great. We really appreciate this place and being available when we were desperate for a night sleep in a warm, clean environment.

Check in was quick and fast. My family and I stopped for the night on our way back to NY. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast had quite a few options.

I recently stayed one night at the Best Western Plus and had a very nice stay. I almost didn’t book the hotel because of reviews. I stayed on the 5th floor, room was very clean and no weird odors. The room looked just like the advertised pictures. Our room was FREEZING upon arrival, but we adjusted the thermostat. The box spring makes a gong noise when an adult gets up or down, but it just made us laugh because of the reviews. Breakfast in the morning was very nice and a huge plus that it’s a dog friendly hotel. My family would stay again.

sunday morning 25 June, we were eating breakfast when there was a spill of the juice machine overflow tray. I saw the whole incident. It was an accident waiting to happen. The kitchen staff started cleaning then the front desk person came in and made the young family (well supervised young kids who did nothing wrong) feel bad about the spill

Was ignored for 5 minutes before getting checked in. Employees seemed friendly enough afterwards. The room was extremely dirty and lots of missing pieces like shelves etc… food stuck inside heat unit rusty shower and toilet, visible dust and other remnants on toilet etc. we had a nice night with family but yea wished it would have been cleaner. Didn’t try the continental breakfast.

Took 10 minutes waiting at front desk before someone showed up to check us in. Also pool was closed as it was all torn up. Whole reason we picked this hotel was pool for kids. Wish hotel.com or hotel would state this and when selecting hotel with pool it doesn’t show up in search. Outside that nice rooms and breakfast was good.
