Quality Inn

We took a trip with the family and the staff at the Hotel was very friendly, accommodating, and insightful. They worked with our requests. Breakfast was above our expectations.

My family, five of us, stayed after biking on the C and O Canal towpath. It even has a setup for bike cleanup. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful getting us a cot and telling us how to fill up our water bottles.

Overall, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The a/c worked well, and the water pressure was good. The check in was pleasant and smooth. The clerk was able to change out room to a single king on the first floor to better accommodate our baby’s portable crib. I was very grateful. Negatives: Walking down the hallway to the room, there were numerous spiders and other insects on the walls. It spelled dinghy throughout the common areas, and in one particular location near a main intersection, it smelled like there might have been a rotting corpse in one of the rooms. The smell was gone the next morning, but it was putrid as I walked by 4-5 times bringing luggage in to the room. I didn’t eat the breakfast because I got the impression that sanitation and cleanliness in the food service area was questionable.
