Everything about the stay was so great and we really enjoyed ourselves. This was not our first time staying with you guys and we will 100% be booking again in the future. My only complaint was our bathtub itself was extremely loud and creaky. Like I would step in it, and it would make god awful creaking noises. If i was traveling alone, it wouldn't have been as big of an issue, but I had my 2 year old child with me and trying to quietly shower at the end of the night while she was sleeping was a STRUGGLE. I have never had this happen before with you guys, so I'm not sure if maybe the tub just needs to be replaced in the room we were in or what the situation was, regardless, we will still be returning next time!!

Very old and outdated hotel but other than that it was clean and comfortable! The view is the river was amazing and the staff (especially in the bar) were wonderful! The kids loved the pool as well.

I wish when I reserved a room, we were placed on the bottom floor. Only because we have 2 little ones under the age of 5 and they kept running around

We were going to go to the pool after breakfast and they decided to do pool maintenance on a Sunday morning. My kids were so disappointed. I don't why y'all would do it on a weekend especially a Sunday. Should have done this during the week where it is slower.

Booked this stay to attend niece's graduation party. Everything was awesome my wife and I both thought we had the best night sleep in a while. Will stay here again if in the area. If I had one complaint it would be the place needs an adult swim time...to many children.

Great place for a family to stop in with the pool and hot tub. One of the best continental breakfasts I’ve been offered by a hotel. One negative is the rooms are non smoking but we were on ground level and right outside our room were a bunch of cigarette butts and the room had a smell of cigarette smoke.

We stayed here both on our way to our main destination, and on our way back home during our recent family road trip. I have absolutely zero complaints and would stay here again. Be sure to take advantage of the manager’s reception in the evening and get a river view room if you can.

Table had left over from tea bag and crumbs. Head board looked like a kids finger prints smeared all around. I thought cleaning with Covid was there prior concerns. Guess not

This has always been our go to when visiting family but it's gone downhill. There used to be great value in the evening reception and breakfast but the evening reception seems to be discontinued and the breakfast was very disappointing. The treadmill didn't work, the eliptical was rickety. There was an increased presence of homeless in the area that made us feel like our vehicle was less safe and i would have liked to enjoy the trail but it felt unsafe. Was clean and friendly but expensive for what it was. will be shopping around for our next stay.
