Hampton Inn & Suites Spokane Valley

Convenient to the interstate, clean and good breakfast. I think my grandkids would love the waffle bar

I booked a suite for my daughters 15th birthday. My plan was to have friends over and then send all but 5 home, 30 minutes into my stay. The general manager said that there is no parties allowed and said i needed to send everyone home. I explained to her that was not in the policy no where. Bernannette reply was "well the policy doesn't say you cannot have exotic animals and you cant" I spent over $400 dollars on the holet, $150 on pizza and $75 on the cake and she wanted me to cancel it all. I am sorry, but that was un called for. I understand that their are restrictions but no where did I read that i was not following them. She explained the fire codes, which i understood. However the 10 people i had was not breaking any fire codes in the pool. All we wanted to do is eat pizza and cake in the room and she would not allow that. After, I walked away and took a breath. I explained to Bernadette that i had no way of getting these children home. The parents where supposed to come back and get them. Bernadette told me I had an hour to get everyone out. Not one time was she understanding and said for next time this is not our policy. I asked for a refund if i was to leave and she said no. I ended up getting everyone out that needed to with in two hours. But that is not what i paid for. The girls where suppose to swim until 9pm and get picked up. I would like a refund of some cert. Hotel was clean and location was very convenient! The only downside was that the pool was very cold even for the kids.

My family and I had a great stay. The staff was extremely kind, even leaving a birthday card and candy for my 4 yr old in our room when they found out it was his birthday. The pool and breakfast were great too. Highly recommended!

People were kid, affordable. The tv remote did not turn on a guide button. Which was frustrating. The bed was not comfy. Everything was very clean and well squared away.

We stayed for 1 night with our children. All was good.. The pool needs more maintenance

Great place to stay for a family!

No bathroom fan. The almost empty tissue box had wet tissues. The spare toilet paper roll had an earwig in it. Message light was blinking but noone answered when I tried to receive the message. My family'stayed in a separate room that was out of body wash. Multiple calls placed for bedding for a roll out requested at booking. Only to have a single sheet and pillow case deliverd. The sight felt modern. Yet was lacking in general attention to details.

Ryan at the front desk was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we have lotsss of little kiddos. Ryan had text me earlier in the day to get us in a room since Hotels.com over booked and he upgraded us which was awesome. I will definitely be back to this establishment, thank you Ryan; you need to be rewarded for your excellent customer service!

We enjoyed a great stay at this Hampton Inn property which was very modern, clean and accommodating. The bed was fabulously comfortable, the bathroom large and impeccably clean, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is near many restaurants, a mall and has easy access to Interstate 90, the main East/West vein in the NW. We visit family in the Spokane area from time to time and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
