There were several ill kempt people at the edge of the property loitering at night and in the morning. I felt moderately unsafe for myself and for my vehicle. The room was nice with what appeared to be recently upgraded interior but some corners were cut as evidence by jagged edges on the drywall under the counter. Bed was moderately hard, and pillows were not comfortable, though this is strictly my and my family's personal opinion. After a late check in around 0200 hours, the night shift front desk person offered 1300 hours upon my request for late check out, and immediately he corrected himself and said "we can do 1330." The next morning at 1215 hours, the front desk called and asked why we were still in the room. She said late check out is usually 1230 hours. "I guess we can do 1300 hours," she said. At least, housekeeping didn't come knocking on the door early in the morning.

Nice rooms. Pool was small. Tons of noisy kids kids running around the halls at 2-3am.

Horrible parking. Homeless and crackheads roaming about the premises all hours. Room was decent, beds were rock hard. There was blood on the headboard and walls. The parking and homeless coupled with a less than par room for younger kids will prevent me from ever staying here again.

My wife and I along with our toddler and infant arrived at this hotel to spend a mini family holiday away from home. Not knowing, pictures that’s posted on Expedia are not recent. Thus, property including room smelled like old socks and carpeting is very old and smelly too. Bathroom smelled like ashtray. Front desk (black lady clerk) knows nothing about smile or welcoming. I wouldn’t say rude but she was very robotic and would ignore our question and follow what she was doing. I had to take my family back to our car and started searching for another hotel which luckily we found similar pricing at Hilton hotel with cleanness and very friendly and professional stuff. I would never bring myself or my little family to this property ever. Very misleading pictures and they should hire human not robots. Please clean your whole hotel and invest in good and clean floorings and furniture and be honest to your guest about your hotel. This should be named motel with 1-2 star.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. When I needed a can opener, one was brought to my room. When my keycard stopped working, it was cheerfully replaced. When we couldn’t find a parking spot, they found us one. Honestly, the staff was the only good thing about our stay, and they deserve praise. However… Our room was near the pool. The noise of the kids playing in the pool could clearly be heard in our room. It was so noisy! The pool closed at 10:00 pm, so we tried to go to sleep. That’s when we discovered how loud the fridge and freezer are. The high-pitched whining was so loud that we went into the hall to see if an alarm was going off somewhere. No, it was the fridge. This continued all night. The mattresses are hard and the blankets thin. Absolutely uncomfortable! Seriously, the people working here are fabulous, but everything else about this hotel made for an uncomfortable stay. We had another stay booked in a few weeks that I have now canceled.

No jetted tub time limit, so we were kept away until 4:30 am by the upstairs people partying even after complaining and were told itnwould be taken care of. Ended having to leave with our baby who was sick and couldnt sleep either, totally destroyed our next day and exhausted us at the beginning of our first family trip.

Stayed for my daughters birthday and had some family come and swim. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went down… yayyyy! We got a suite with the jacuzzi tub and the room was very spacious. The jacuzzi was clean and much bigger than I expected. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts because they have a waffle iron (2 actually) and not everyone has those. Bed wasn’t that comfy but after spending my evening swimming, in the hot tub, and then a jacuzzi I still knocked right out! I will definitely stay here again. That jacuzzi tub will be calling my name until then! ;)

I would like a full refund for this trip as it was one of the very first booking i regret having thru expedia. Shortly after our check-in at the property around 6pm, the room above us started making lots of noises which we didnt not think too seriously in the beginning. That was my very first mistake as i should have asked for a different room right away. The loud noise did not stop even at10pm then finally had to ask the front desk. The staff did go to the unit several times finding out the blasting music and too much noises but not much he can do except just asking them to keep it down. My children had a long day and and they tried to go to bed since 9pm but that was impossible with thunder like noises coming from the room above. Shorly before midnight we were finally able to get a peace so kids went to bed hoping for sleep-in the next morning as we were all too exhausted. No ...... 6am the stomping noise started and big loud things being dropped to the floor so hard ... startled all of us .. hubby got up first, and one kid.... and i had to call the front desk shortly after 7am finding out nothing the front desk can do but perhaps delay our check out from 11am to 1pm. All nice gestures from the staff but we had a long drive back home and it was not acceptable stay at all. I have asked the staff to make an incident notes on and they will i form the general manager on the details as well from their end.

On the plus side - Our room was shockingly quiet, the pool was great for the kids. Each room has a kitchenette which was key and access to shared washers and dryers which was super nice. On the negative side - towels were scarce, Wi-Fi was spotty, the beds were following the trend of just a sheet so no blankets which isn’t my favorite and the neighborhood is not Somewhere you want to just kick it. It’s on 99 which is a highway, you can’t walk anywhere (though it looks like a coffee shop will be opening soon) and there is a large homeless population. That’s not a problem in its own right - there just happened to be an altercation while we were picking up groceries nearby that left me Feeling unsafe in the car with my kids.
