I left this morning. Feedback for hotel management staff. Room was very beat up and sketchy .The sheets need to be retired as they had been washed too many times and had holes all over them. Pillows were for toddlers not an adult. Mattress also needs replacing as it was past its prime. The lobby pantry looked like it had been robbed. Just scraps left for me to choose from after 10pm. Overall very disappointed. I chose your hotel based on the VIP experience filter on Expedia. I would not recommend staying at this hotel or a Radisson.

We were happy to see an restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Wish it could be open til 10pm but 9pm still have us a 45 minute window to grab some food thankfully. We loved the option of an indoor pool and gym!! There were however many, many, many children splashing and yelling in there so we were not able to enjoy it. Overall, clean hotel, friendly staff and excellent proximity to the airport!

Allyssia an employee at the front desk/ night audit was amazing, went above and beyond to help after a grueling traveling day and 2 kids. You are a great asset. Thank you again.

This is clean, family-friendly hotel that is conveniently located across from the airport. This is our go-to hotel when we come to Seattle.

We were exhausted when we reached the hotel around 1 am in the morning. The welcome at the reception was horrible. She did not say anything about house keeping, break fast, which kind of room she is going to give us. We had no housing keeping even though we repeatedly remained them every day. Horrible experience! Already told about our experience to friends and family With the picture of shabby room

While traveling with three little kids, I appreciate the convenience of being able to walk from the hotel to the airport. Twice now, we have stayed in a suite. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and as a parent I appreciate that the suite has doors, so I could take a break while the kids slept. The restaurant was has great food and a great selection. I will happily stay here again the next time I overnight at SEATAC.

Nice facility- modern, clean, comfortable. Pool was closed. It would have been better if I knew in advance as my grandkids were looking forward to pool time. Restaurant breakfast was good, but service was bad, maybe because of understaffing. Long wait, inability to get requested service, coffee urn empty.

We were spending 3 days there after visiting family in Yakima before flying home. Right across from the airport. In fact, you would continually see airline personnel walking back and forth across the street on their way to and from work. Also, it was just a short walk down the street to the Lite-rail station to catch a ride right into the heart of Seattle. If you don't feel like walking, Radisson is more than happy to shuttle you there. The only disappointment was that there are no dressers/drawers for your clothes, although there was a closet with many hangers. If your there for a few days like us and would like to unpack, it's not going to happen. They have a bench and 1 suitcase rack to use to place your suitcase and then work out of that. Fortunately, our room had 2 queen size beds so we used one for suitcases and one to sleep on.

Bed was sagging and really uncomfortable, pillows seemed like kid size. Felt bad as they were terribly understaffed at the restaurant and at check-in. For $400 a night it felt like a roadside inn basically. Right across from airport though.

Liked the upgraded room interior, but disliked room location with very poor sound and light blocking. I purchased upgraded room, but we were placed in a very noisy location right outside elevator and facing front of property/entrance. Room darkening curtains did not fully shut so the room was also very bright all night. We did not have time or energy to relocate our room since we were only staying for a few overnight hours. I booked this room specifically to rest for a few hours with small children before our very early flight departure and unfortunately, my family and I did not have a restful night due to so much noise from both ends of room (door to hallway near elevator and window facing front of hotel with cars/people coming in and out of hotel) and such poor light blocking. I have to wonder if we were given this poor location due to booking via Expedia vs. directly with the hotel. Very disappointing experience.
