4 nights, room service is provided everyday, pool area is good. My kids had breakfast everyday in the restaurant. Good place to stay if u want to visit multiple national parks, downtown is 30-45m away based on traffic

Oh my gosh! We loved our stay and have recommended it to others already. Unfortunately we were only there for one night. Christian was great at check in and the dining staff was amazing. They treated our kids so well. Thao was a sweetheart! The other dining staff lady was so kind and fun. The bartender was awesome!!! Please look up the evening that we were there to see who was working as I can't recall all of their names. I hope the description provided is sufficient.

Went for family trip for 2 nights, hotel is new and clean but there is no hot water kettles available at all! We would need to visit the restaurant for hot water. This hotel was even caught us in surprise that there was NO ROOM MAKE UP at all when I ask the front desk specificity in the morning. Otherwise the hotel is new and clean in overall.

Clean, nicely appointed hotel with all the amenities you'd expect from a chain hotel. Comfy beds, black-out blinds, nice fitness room, near the airport. Only cons are that parking is an additional cost that I wasn't expecting and the pool is a lot smaller than it looks and only 4' deep. Didn't stop my kids from splashing around and having fun. All in all, a fine stay. Just what I was expecting.
