However, guest reviews highlight some inconsistencies in the quality of rooms and service. Everything was fine BUT the walls seemed very thin and noise was an issue all night. It wasn't like there was a rager going on in the room next door either. Just families in hall talking as they walked by. A TV at normal volume in the adjacent room. I even heard the high-pitched tone of a key fob being pressed, and I know that's what it was because I heard a car horn outside at the same time. I'm not sure why this particular hotel was so noisy -- it looks like every other one. Earplugs next time, maybe?

It was good for the price. I was really surprised to see people drinking in the lobby of the entrance to the hotel, drinking in the game room area, and drinking in the pool area and inside the outdoor closer right outside the pool! One of the patrons was yelling at the kids for getting splashed while in the hot tub which is connected to the pool. He was obviously intoxicated!

The guy at the front desk wasnt friendly nor welcoming. Told me the shuttle would only take me and my family to the airport where we could get on the light rail. That wasnt the case cause the driver took us straight there. We used the shuttle and both times the drivers were very nice and friendly. Besides the rude guy at the front desk everything was perfect.

We rented three rooms for two nights. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were nice and clean although dated. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best and the TV was all static. The buildings on the outside are not very clean or welcoming and the hotel itself is in a sketchy area. We were not sure we were very safe as a homeless person camped out overnight on the stairwell. There were signs saying there were security cameras, but we looked and couldn't find any actual cameras. The hotel was convenient to our family in Ballard and easy to get to downtown from, and it was much cheaper than some other places. We pretty much got what we paid for.

Location was convenient as it was close to the airport but the room’s first impression wasn’t the best. I asked front desk for a playpen they said they would double check and call me back. They never called me back. As a traveling family that really was a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend this for a family.

Tub needed a non slip surface. My friend fell in the tub due to it being slippery. The beds were a bit hard to my liking and there were kids running the halls. On the other had, the shuttle driver was excellent, breakfast was very good with lots of options and staff was very polite.

The bathroom had ants in it. we had to lay down towels on the washroom floor just to use it as there were initially right when we enter the room about five spotted. The room had a lot of dust everywhere, and we actually had to go out to the grocery store and buy antibacterial spray just to spray our bed sheets and the curtains. The curtains in the rooms are partially transparent so people can see in if they look hard enough. The phones in the room do not work. You can call the front desk and you can hear them, but they cannot hear you. The rooms are very humid and musky. If you have allergies or any skin conditions like eczema, I definitely would not recommend staying here. The front desk staff was not very kind, they did not know how to greet customers and we’re not very clear while speaking, and it came across as them being annoyed at us. Definitely would not recommend for families or couples. It appears and is more like a truck stop hotel. Only thing that we enjoyed was the breakfast.

I was worried as I walked into the lobby because it smelled like smoke. But the hallways and rooms did not. The rest of the hotel was amazing. I played in the game room with my kids and went to the pool and hottub. It was great to use before our very long flight. Defiantly will go back again

We got to the room both toilets in our sweet were clogged upon arrival we told the desk they said there was no maintenance and nothing they could do so finally my husband had to ask them to give him a plunger so he could do it himself when there was 2 people at the front desk one a man he could have done it so we didn’t have to since we came into it clogged so not like we did it! Then my husband fell on their super slick stairs going down to the pool which didnt have the drippy tape like all the other stairs did hurting his leg bruising it all down the front and hurting his toe at this point we were over it so we stayed overnight and left! The staff in the breakfast area was so rude and unpleasant! Will for sure stay elsewhere next time we go to Seattle which is often! The room was big and fit the family of 6 very well though!!

We came in late and needed to leave early for family emergency. A good bed to sleep on and breakfast to go.
