We had booked a room for 3 adults and 2 kids (grade school age) and walked into a tiny room with 2 hard queen mattresses. The third adult that stayed with us ended up walking next door to the Marriott and got a nice suite there. He would have booked there but the “computers were down”.

The toilet wasn't very clean there was urine behind the lid from the last guests. Id say they were dehydrated or had a kidney issue. Breakfast was okay again staff was excellent The kids enjoyed the clean pool in the morning before we left. Only one elevator was working out of two. Being only three stories high the wait wasn't too long but the elevator was very full

We stayed on the way to S. Carolina and on the way home. Housekeeping & Custodian were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Traveled with a child who has autism and a small dog - our stay was wonderful!!

Great hotel with indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Appreciate the closing door to the bathroom as opposed to the terrible sliding bathroom doors on the newer Hampton Inns which provide no privacy if you're traveling with others. Pool is indoors which is great. Stopped at another Hampton Inn on this trip and even though it was located in the south, they don't open their outdoor pool until Memorial Day. The kids were very disappointed.
