The front desk and housekeeping staff were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again the next time I am visiting family in the area.

This trip was a reunion 40 years in the making and the Hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and like family! We WILL stay here when we go back! The hospitality was amazing! Thank you for everything.

Overall, I had a horrible experience. The hotel staff was extremely degrading to my family. We have a service dog and I got called 4x to ask about the dog. They were extremely discriminatory to us and asked MULTIPLE times demanding I tell them if I was diabetic, blind, in a wheel chair etc. Not only did they call me multiple times asking what was “wrong with me” they also called the organization I was with and asked the SAME questions. Not only did the hotel make me feel horrible, I was embarrassed as well. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
