The staff were so incredibly lovely! It was like being taken care of my the good side of the family. Breakfast was delicious, coffee was hot, the room was comfortable and clean, the pool and weight room were really nice. Overall it was an excellent stay!

We were in Kingsport for my Aunts funeral. After the service about 20 members of my family came back to the hotel and visited together in the lobby. The staff were wonderful even when the smaller children got a little loud.

The front clerks were very friendly and social. The woman that fixed breakfast was so kind and caring about our children making sure that they ate breakfast before heading out for a wrestling tournament.

We booked this property specifically to entertain a bunch of kids with the pool during downtime. The photos of the pool are misleading. It’s basically a hot tub

The staff were so welcoming and friendly at check in. We were there with the whole family and The breakfast had something for everyone. I loved the yogurt bar! Everything was so clean too!

The place was good to stay with a family. Shower didn’t have shampoo and conditioner refilled which could be honest mistake.
