Very convenient location off I-81. Room was clean, nice amenities, plenty of towels, good mattresses. There is a lovely park within walking distance behind the hotel with nice walking paths, pickleball courts, children's play area.

Traveling with family. Had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. Clean and quiet. Nearby Mexican restaurant was conveniently located and portions were large. Staff is awesome!

I didnt like the beds they were very uncomfortable. I have a back problem, the other two adults do not, however they woke up with their backs hurting. Mine was so bad, i had to skip out on a day of activities with my grandsons because i could barely move. I didnt appreciate the desk clerk when i went to the desk at 10:30 p.m. because there were about 15 to 29 kids running up and down the hall yelling and screaming they ranged from about 1 year old to 10 yrs old. My grandchildren were sleeping and us adults trying to. After about 30 minutes of this i went to the from desk to ask the staff to speak with the parents as it was disturbing my familie's sleep. She stated they are just kids, i said i know that, however, there is no excuse for this at 10:30 p.m. when people are sleeping. Her response was they are just kids they are going to be leaving. Quite frankly, i dont cRe when they were leaving, i didnt want my grandchildren awaken and feel this was not appropiate at 10:30 p.m. so i told her either you can say something to them or i can call the police. She rolled her eyes at me. Maybe so eone else might not think $411.00 hotel bill for 3 nights usnt bad, however when you are on a budget and had to pinch pennies to make a vacation happen for you autistic grandchildren, you shoulnt have to put up with the noise or the attitude. Because of this one staff member and horrible uncomfortable beds i will not patronage your hotels again. Highly disappointed.

Bed was terrible, pillows needed to be replaced. (Room 113) Chose this location for pool. Pool was stagnant and milky looking. Nothing I would put my children in.

Stayed here a few times over last few years. Its our go to hotel that doesnt break the bank. Its clean every time. This was our first time on the ground floor. I dont know if they allow pets but I thought it smelled like dog. My other family members just thought it smelled. Not terrible enough to ask for a new room but just a slight stink. Besides that, all was good!

There was nothing absolutely awful about this property, but it was objectively below average (and below my modest expectations). For example, the tub faucet started leaking a rather large amount of water in the middle of the night, and just kept going for more than half an hour before turning off. Nothing I could do to stop it. Plus, part of the alarm clock in my room was broken, and an uncovered bulb on top kept flashing in the dark throughout the night. In addition, walls are incredibly thin… The baby in the room next-door screamed for more than an hour in the middle of the night, and even with music playing & ear plugs in, it was very loud. Most frustrating part is that when I shared these things with the front desk staff, they just looked at me like it wasn’t really their problem. I would’ve expected a polite apology, even though I know these issues were not the individual fault of the front desk staff. So, overall, I got maybe three hours of sleep and certainly will not be stopping at this hotel again.
