Had a terrible experience, the receptionist at the front desk , was very rude disrespectful, We were (all friends) were sitting in the lobby after the days schedule chit chatting and playing some games. Out of nowhere the receptionist yells and says lower your voice or i will have to call the cops. We were all shocked as we were not expecting the rude voice. There were few more guests at the check in counter. She didnt bother to have the decency to not yell at the adults in front of the other guests. Once the desk was cleared my friend and went and asked her, how can you be so rude and yell in front of the other guests. She goes ahead and has the audacity to say that our kids were behaving like "hooligans" and were making noise earlier during our check in. She was racially profiling us and categorizing us saying you all behave like this. She seems to be not fit to be a receptionist. She doesn't fit the qualifications of the hospitality industry. There is a way to convey your disliking. Please take some action. I also would like a refund of the stay as our stay was completely ruined by this behavior. We 4 family's came to the hotel to have a good weekend.

A group of 4 families booked the rooms we checked in the hotel receptionist was so rude called our kids hooligans . She was being a jerk and was a racist . She addressed as people like you do this and that and stereotyped us. We were chatting in the lobby around 10:00 she could have been polite and asked us to keep it low but she yelled at us and said she will call the cop on us . This was a pure racist attitude

The front desk person was so friendly, chatting with my kids and even offering them a truffle. I love that it’s a pet-friendly hotel, as well.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Room was super clean and pet friendly. My family and i were very pleased with our stay.

The only thing we thought could improve was the pillows. The check in staff was great, so much so our child was upset the lady that checked us in wasn’t there when we checked out so he could say bye. Hotel was updated, clean, and welcoming.

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Checked on at 230AM and the front desk staff, Mel, was so kind and helpful. She got me hot water for my baby’s bottle and went above and beyond.

Comfy beds great full breakfast if you have kids

This hotel services the rooms every third day. However, there was no posted notice of this policy in the room or the bathroom, nor was it mentioned to us at check-in. We found out after a couple of days as used bath towels kept piling up on the bathroom floor (the first day was Christmas, so we assumed that hotel cleaning staff had the day off). When in the morning of the third day we requested that fresh towels be left in the room this was not done, as we found out when we returned late at night (we did get towels, and soap and toilet paper, which had ran out, from the front desk). On the positive side, the self-service breakfast was good, the lobby area was clean and well kept, the small exercise room was adequately equipped, and the staff was friendly. And when, on our first night at the hotel, we called the front desk around midnight to complain about a lot of loud noise from the room next to us, in which several children were apparently staying, hotel staff quickly intervened and quieted the room.

Amazing time with family

Great staff...very friendly. I liked the signs for doors of rooms with a furry family member traveling along.
