Residence Inn by Marriott Fredericksburg

We always stay here when visiting Fredericksburg. Suites are perfectly appointed for our needs when traveling with a small child.

Perfect for families

Great location with ample parking. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great for families.

We stayed here for a 3-day kids' event, and it didn't veer off too much from our expectation about a Residence Inn. A few complaints are; 1. one of two stove burners and the hairdryer didn't work. The front desk said they would fix the following day, but it never happened. 2. A standing air handler unit in a closet made terrible noise whenever it started to crank up. Also, there is no air balance in rooms; one room gets too cold/hot fast whereas the other stays relatively unchanged in temperature. 3. Breakfast could use some improvement. We have been to many other Residence Inns with more variety of choices. It simply doesn't make sense when you can't find wheat toast.

We visited family in Fredericksbirg and stayed two nights. We stayed in a king bed suite. There was a bedroom/bathroom area, a sitting area, and a kitchen/dining area. The tv was on a swivel so that it could be turned to view either from the bed or the couch.
