The staff was so lovely and accommodating to anything we asked for I would come back just to see them. Good common areas to hangout. We were able to gather in the lobby for late night get together with family and were not bothered. Hotel was nice and overall clean. Room & bed were comfortable.

This hotel is a perfect hotel for attending a sporting event/camp at Longwood College. It is very reasonable and the breakfast is good. It has everything you would need for a busy family

It’s not good when I pick up my bag and there’s a baby cockroach crawling across the floor and the breakfast was always cold

The staff was amazing! Could not have asked for more kind and accommodating staff. My room was fantastic and what they offered for families was great! They worked so hard, but some of the common areas (not in the front) - like stairs, elevators, etc - needed additional assistance. The pool was lacking and not user friendly. The parking lot was full of trash. I know they are super short staffed, so this doesn't bother me too much. Again - customer service was wonderful and that is what I look for most! And my room and the areas I stayed in (main entrance) were super clean!

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and it was kid friendly. The no wifi, uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls was the issue.
