My family and I stayed here for 3 nights, and the hotel was great for our needs. For the most part, the room was clean. The staff was really nice and welcoming, especially the lady who was helping with the breakfast area. Thank you!

This is a newer property. Was very nice, quiet, and the staff is great! They have nice outside seating areas to visit with friends/family you are visiting. They have a great breakfast spread - eggs, pancakes, fruit, cereal, pastries, etc. Debra - the breakfast attendant- was a shining star at this hotel. She loves on strangers and makes sure they are taken care and feel welcome. If there is a bonus or accommodation for HI employees Debra deserves one! She makes you feel like family. I would return to this place if I ever visit FarmVille again.

The staff was friendly, the common areas and rooms were clean and comfy. It included a a nice hot complimentary breakfast. That being said, we had problems with the provided towels. For a family of 4 adults in a double room we were provided with just 2 big towels. When we ask for more they said they were short on towels. The didn't have pool towels neither.

I had 3 kids go through Longwood! And tell check in folks are wonderful and accommodating And Deborah is amazing she’s so welcoming in the morning when you grab coffee and makes sure you have fruit to go or a granola I will be back
