Amazing stay, pleasant staff. They were thoughtful and warm welcoming to the Vt students and families!

The lobby is nice. No wait checking in. Lobby has small bar and a good area for meeting up with family. The rooms need updating! Bed was comfortable though. Location close to campus.

After an 8+hour ride from New York we were looking forward to a relaxing night at our $700+/night hotel room (due to the VT homecoming game and we wanted to be close to the stadium). Unfortunately, there was no hot water for showers; we where told there was work done on the pipes and we needed to run the water for awhile so it can pop out an air bubble and that would solve the problem. Needless to say this did not work (tried and tried for more than an hour) so Lukewarm showers it was… Talked to the front desk several times, the last time the mgr. did not even return our call. The next day the same issue in the morning !! Not to mention they do not have smart t.v’s so we couldn’t stream shows our family wanted to catch up on together . Very disappointing especially in the way of poor customer service. No follow up nothing.
