Clean, very comfortable rooms and mattresses...felt like being enveloped by a cloud. Helpful staff, relatively accommodating as needed. Breakfast was adequate, but the high chair straps were broken, which made it difficult to contain my toddler. Overall, a wonderful stay for our time on the lovely island of Chincoteague.

Our 3-member family stayed in room 206 for 2 nights. It was most pleasant, indeed. The room was spacious, comfortable (with a small table and a sofa group), and clean with a lot of light. The beds were very comfortable. The best part was the balcony overlooking the channel and marshlands beyond. The sunsets were gorgeous. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and there's coffee available at any time. There are also two swimming pools: indoor and outdoor. And there are several very effective EV charging stations included in the price.

I loved it here. Such a beautiful and clean place. My kids and I had our adventures during the day and then excitedly returned to the pool and hot tub at the hotel at night! In the morning we were awoken with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and an inviting free breakfast. Thank you all for your hospitality. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful view. Very clean room. Spacious. Bed too hot for hot sleepers. Not hotels fault but kids running back and forth in room above. Also music was playing loudly for quite a while.

The property was beautiful traveled over 300 miles to spend the weekend with my family reserved 2 rooms checked in at 3:30 and was charged 40$ for early check-in. Everyone in my room was woke up at 5 in morning bye kid's upstairs jumping around like wild animals will stay at this hotel on the Island ever again.

I am not usually one to leave reviews, but this hotel set the bar SO high I have to compliment them. Our stay was an impromptu stop on a family trip. I have stayed in top-of-the-line, expensive hotels that weren’t as clean, well kept, and accommodating as this. Friendly staff, easy parking, an extremely clean room, and a fantastic pool (a must when traveling with kids!) The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was an amazing perk. I can’t say enough about this hotel! The breakfast was basic but absolutely no complaints for an included breakfast. We will seek out Comfort Suites for future stays.

The Comfort Inn was in an ideal position for visiting the island. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms perfectly adequate for our needs, and the breakfast just what we needed. My only gripe would be young children shouting and running down corridors knocking on doors on the ground floor near the pool just before midnight on the Saturday of our stay, but that says more about the parents than the hotel, which addressed this concern promptly when I reported it afterwards.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was nice, but unfortunately we got a room on the 1st floor, which was a big let down for us. Another problem are the restaurants around the area, most places don’t do take out, and with 2 small children, it was hard for us. Overall we had a good time.
