Hotel in the vicinity of the airport, you could expect travelers spending a short layover to catch another flight in order to continue a journey, I was hoping for a quiet well-behaved guest in the hotel for that night. totally the opposite, kids jumping around the hallway, while parents downstair having drinks and having a good time. could not sleep enough to catch a 5 am departure flight. the room felt dirty, rough towels and zero food available in this property. do not get fooled with pictures here in expedia.

The staff was great! They were able to get us into a room quickly and placed a balloon bouquet that I ordered in the room prior to our arrival. The maintenance man surprised children with candies which reminded me of a grandparent spoiling kids, very sweet. The breakfast was a little bit chaotic, but I think that was mostly due to guests lack of manners versus the staff service. They tried really hard to maintain the counters. Our room was nice, clean, and the bed was impressively comfortable. We did not get an opportunity to use the pool but it was really nice to know that it was open later than they typically are.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room floor plan was efficient and cute. The split bathroom layout worked well for us. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The breakfast area offered a variety of food and the staff were available to replenish what was needed.

Really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the separate bathroom from the shower. Very helpful with a family of 5 all getting ready at once. Would definitely stay again.

This worked fine for my family to check in late and use the shuttle to get to the airport very early. The room was worn feeling and an odd configuration with a tiny room for a toilet and pedestal sink and another small room with a sink and small bath/shower. It seemed quiet and the shuttle driver was prompt for our 4am departure.

Chris the front desk gentleman was very nice helpful and funny. He had a bunch of phone calls coming in but he saw I was trying check in with my fussy toddler so he put the customer on hold and check me in ASAP knowing my toddler was fussy it was simple quick and easy

The check in process was good, easy access. The room was comfy and nice but I couldn’t find no trash can anywhere until I looked under the computer desk area and found the tiniest trash can, there wasn’t even one in the bathroom.. Also in the bathroom I had no air vent. Other than those minor things, it was overall goodness. Oh! I loved that they gave us a pack n play to use for our baby to use.

What a fantastic experience. Wow!!! What an amazing desk staff!! From the moment we walked in the door they treated us like family. If all desk staffs were trained be these 2 beautiful, well dressed professional ladies (Johneese and Mary Fa) the world would be a better place!! The rest of the hotel could have stunk and they would have made ot worth it. Fortunately the rest of the hotel was beautiful clean and inviting.
