Was close to the airport and we didn't hear any planes taking off. Was perfect for my family and I.

Made reservation weeks ahead and when I got there they said the room o wanted was sold out. Acted as if they didn't care and didn't even apologize. My kids ended up sleeping on the pullout bed which was filthy and of poor quality. Not impressed at all with their customer service or lack of care and consideration. Also. The planes are close and loud so if you want to sleep try another hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very nice. One of the elevators was down and the tv had an bad signal for 2 of the stations i like. No hockey game or CNN. New kid in the bar and Maylor? At the desk were great.

Excellent place to stay by the airport in Salt Lake City, we were a family of five and we fitted fine in a suite.

The rooms are nice and really clean! The free breakfast is amazing especially when you have kids. The airport is kinda loud but we travel with a sound machine so it doesn’t bother us and kids love to watch the planes!

We absolutely loved the Hyatt Hotel. Rooms were great and fit our whole family of 5. Staff were very kind. Definitely we will be back.

The front desk gave our room away to someone else while we were in it. We woke up in the middle of the night to someone trying to get into our room. I will never stay here again! It scared our kids

I stay here with my family every year. The quality of the breakfast food and cafeteria have decreased significantlu. The the use of low quality ingredients is evident. Not staying there again. .
