Best Western Brigham City Inn & Suites

I didnt even get a chance to check in (they wouldnt allow me to i booked online and i had to find a new hotel) and they were the rudest most disrespectful front desk staff ive ever had with a hotel stay. Stay somewhere else you will save your time, energy, and money i found a place cheaper and 10× nicer with great staff and amazing breakfast. There were cops there escorting an old vet out because he didnt leave by checkout time and it wasnt but maybe 30 minutes after checkout. Didnt even give him a chance or offer some help to him. The front desk staff live in the hotel and could probably do a better job cleaning themselves up let alone the hotel its self inside and out, instead of standing around smoking cigarettes right where people are to pull up and check in. Disrespectful some people have health problems and cigarettes are very harmful to them and some like me have children that dont want their kids breathing that crap in!! within the little amount of time i was there we seen them outside atleast 4-5 times. To be exact it was 2 heavier set women.

Hotel was definitely a little run-down and not the cleanest. Luckily our bedding seemed very clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The kids said the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was empty and out of order. Wanted to use the gym’s treadmill but it was out of order also. The location is great, close to Walmart and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When you book a hotel for kids to play in the pool after a long day of travel - it’s horrible to arrive to discover the pool is out of order. That should have been made known up front and discounts given.

Breakfast was amazing, room was clean, hot tub was extra hot, but was really sad to see the pool was closed. We packed so my kids could swim but had to disappoint them.

Stopped at this hotel on a road trip with a family of 5. Very easy to get to, lots of parking, room was large and comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Small pool and hot tub which the kids were too tired to try out. Easy and short drive to several dining options - some would have been walkable. Nice stay!

My family LOVED the 2 King bed suite. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. Pool and hot tub we're good temperatures. Will definitely come back!

Clean and friendly place for my family .

Overall our experience was ok. Pro- breakfast was great, beds were comfortable, room was spacious, most things were clean (explained the cons), location was good, the employees were all kind and helpful. Cons- made the reservation for the pool and the pool was out of order, noticed bugs around the window and AC in our room and no comparable rooms were available for us to switch and they weren’t willing to offer any compensation to down grade rooms, the water took longer then normal to get hot. Overall all nice hotel and would probably give it another chance, but my kids now call it the bug hotel.

We booked this property because they had a pool and a bigger room for our family need. Pool and spa weren’t available but no where did it say that online. The elevator wasn’t working, and we got to our room and it wasn’t cleaned well. The mirror was dirty, it didn’t looked vacuumed as there were a few gun wrappers and little sequins on the floor, and there was a long dark hair on our shower wall. We got their on the late side and didn’t notice till we had gotten our stuff and kids settled inside. Or I would have left.

Some one staying there was having problem qith some kids and they jumpwd curb almost hit me and cops showed up
