We booked a stay with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. When we arrived, alls they had for us was a unit with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. This made sleeping arrangements difficult for our family. The unit also has WIFI available, but not included. It is extra to have WIFI in your unit. Also, the hot tub was out of order during our stay. The unit we rented was nice, just not what we thought we were getting.

The property was dated with cheap furniture, appliances, etc, but seemed ok. Once we were going to sleep, the heating system boiler, located in the middle of the condo, and forced hot air came on every 10-15 minutes & was incredibly loud. The duct system would incessantly "knock" from in the wall next to the bed. Was like our room was next to a subway station. We spoke to the Front Desk who said they’d have Maintenance look at it. When we returned, we were told the system was fine & we should get some ear-plugs (I am not kidding!) They had an incredibly uncaring position. We asked for a new room and were told there were no available rooms. Worldmark Wolf Creek GM Alan Elliott told us it was normal for heating systems to come on every 10 minutes, we just weren’t used to having a boiler close to our room, they could not move us, reimburse us or offer a solution. Somehow I stayed calm, mentioned I was aware of how heating systems work & was extremely unhappy. Alan got a bit aggressive & told me I was out of luck. He said he would get their HVAC people to take a look. Never once did anyone in the office apologize to us for any problems. An hour later Alan called to say he couldn’t get anyone to look at the system, he was sorry for how he acted, his treatment of me was very poor & he would contact Wyndham & try to get a reimbursement. A week later I spoke to Alan & he said he wasn’t able to do anything for us. This was the worst I’ve EVER been treated by any lodging management.
