Unfortunately, I was unable to make the stay. We had a death in family, and I had to cancel the reservation. When I was able to speak to a manager, they never once offered condolences. I was out on a brief hold, and then told I needed to contact Hotels.com to cancel, and then hung up on. TERRIBLE customer service!

Upon our arrival at the hotel after a long road trip, we checked in and unpacked our car and suitcases. To our dismay, we discovered a used condom and wrapper on the floor of our supposedly clean and disinfected room. This was completely unacceptable. Subsequently, we were moved from Room 414 to Room 413, only to find the second room in an equally unsatisfactory condition. The room had a damp, wet, musty smell, blonde hair stuck on the headboard, dusty curtains, and overall lacked cleanliness.
This experience was highly disappointing, and as a result, I have decided that I will never stay at this hotel again. Additionally, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to my family, friends, or anyone else seeking accommodation.( I also have photos)☹️

I love this hotel! We never stay anywhere else when we come visit our family in the Spring, TX area. Staff is so friendly and helpful, best free breakfast, outdoor pool and hot tub, comfortable beds, good location. It is right off a busy highway, but you can’t hear it too much when you’re inside. I like the sound, it soothes me.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Marriott hotel or an Expedia suggestion.
When we arrived at the hotel it seemed ok the area wasn’t the best but I trusted Marriott and Expedia that it would be safe and clean inside for myself my sister and kids since we had a one night stay after attending a wedding at the beautiful Addison woods wedding venue that night
We were given a room with two queens. Once we arrived in the room the smell of wet dog or dampness was unbearable. The couch inside the room was actually wet and the the carpet was filthy and damp as well. We requested a room change and were put on the 1st floor. We walked into the new room, same problem. Same smell and the fridge was leaking. At this point it was midnight and I had 3 kids with me , one of whom has asthma. I was not going to take a chance staying in a damp and possibly moldy room.
I then had to call Marriott and have them help me find a safer and cleaner hotel for me my sister and our kids so I could get out of there as soon as possible. I had to end up using all the bonvoy points I had for a 9 hour hotel stay elsewhere that was safe and clean. To say I am furious is an understatement. If I wanted to spend that much on a hotel for one night I would have done That in the first place. I can’t believe a hotel like that is carrying the Marriott name. I would like a refund for this hotel I couldn’t bare to stay 30 minutes at. Horrible

I booked a room through hotels.com on Friday, June 16th for one night. I was greeted and helped by a lady named Joanie. Joanie pulled up my reservation and told me she needed my credit card for a deposit for incidentals. I was in the process of moving when I booked the room and I misplaced my credit card. I asked Joanie if I could type my credit card information in because I always keep a copy of that information in my phone. I showed her a picture of my credit card with my name and she said yes and that it would be a $20 hold on my credit card. The next morning, I noticed there was an $89.00 charge on my account. It wasn't a big deal because I figured I misheard her when she quoted me $20 because that was low in my opinion. But just to be sure, I spoke with the front desk at check out. I spoke with a young lady (I'm sorry, I don't remember her name) and told her about the $89.00 charge. She assured me that my money would be returned and that it may take a little longer than usual due to Monday being a holiday, but it will be there. I checked my account daily because that money was desperately needed. My daughter and I are living with family due to hardship. We are driving further than usual and my car is in desperate need of servicing. On Wednesday, I received a notification from my bank that another $87 has been taken out of my account by Fairfield Marriott. At first, I thought it was my credit but when I looked at my account there was only $14.

the hotel in general is very clean and the room also including the bathroom the only thing for which
I did not give him the maximum of satisfaction, it is because the carpet in the room was torn or damaged and at breakfast there was no spray oil to put on the waffle maker and there was also a lot of noise from the upper floor where people or children were running . but despite being in a very good location and on the edge of I-45, that noise was not heard. I would definitely stay there again.

Front desk was very attentive. The room was clean powerful shower. The beds were cozy the room was quiet. My 6yr old and 4 yr old loved the pool and waterfall the outside set up was great restrooms right next to the pool clean and towels provided next too the pool. Breakfast had a lot of variety for my picky kids.
