Staybridge Suites San Antonio, an IHG Hotel

Travelled with 4 children. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool is in 3rd floor, although we could not go as it was a bit cold and raining. Breakfast was great, had variety and a lot of fruit and other healthy snacks. The hotel is very close to a lot of venues. Has an enclosed area for parking however, may be very limited and may have to find parking in front of hotel next to some restaurants. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

My family and I had a great time staying there this past weekend. Staff was friendly and their breakfast buffet was superb! Comfortable beds and the heated pool was a plus since it was a little cool during our stay. Will definitely be back!

Loved the room, hate the shampoo and soap installed high on tub wall, not accessible for us bath takers, and then I saw a curly hair on the handrail:( otherwise so good…. Still recommend for families

The "suite" feel of this room worked really well for our family of 5. It was nice having a kitchen and living room separated from the bedroom by a door. It really allowed us to have space from each other when needed. The breakfast was nice as far as hotel breakfasts go. They had a really varied selection. The location was very convenient. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we'd definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great , family and I really enjoyed it. Will be our preferred choice everytime we are in San Antonio

I love our room. It was a mini apartment with 2 rooms. Nice for a family of 6.

Check in right after the bat was just okay, attendant seemed distracted and rude. Elevators weren't working and we had a sixth level room with child having difficulty walking. Pool had no towels and attendant basically refused to give any out. Started storming and we had to go up the stairs wet with no towels. Housekeeping never cleaned our room on our 2 night stay and never replaced towels. Seems pretty unprofessional to be rated a 3 star hotel. Like the area, hated the experience all together.

we paid in full and booked this reservation. 6pm at the checking day Staybridge hotel called and told we don't have a room. they alredy informed to Expedia in the morning. when we checked with expedia they didn't know anything, according to them the hotel over booked and they are lying. We were at the phone with expedia for more than 2hrs, they couldn't fix the issue or find anothr hotel room for us. we were on the street with small kid. finally we found a hotel by ourself to spend that night. Expedia didn't handled this issue professionally and now we don't have any faith. you put us on street and washed the hands. This is the 2nd time happended with Exprdia.

great family style room which separates the bedroom from living room/kitchen. I will surely recommend or stay again if I come back to San Antonio

My family and I enjoyed a nice stay at the Staybridge in San Antonio. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, breakfast was reasonable, and wifi was speedy. The North Star Mall is a 3 minute walk away. The pool was located outside on the third floor, but it faces the highway which made it a bit noisy. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.
