We were really pleased with the room but were disappointed that there was room service only every second day if you asked for it. The breakfast was amongst the worst I’ve had at a hotel. Considering this hotel is a part of the Marriott family I expected a much better breakfast.

It was a great area, plenty of stores close by for shopping and eating. The room was nice and accommodated my family of 5 very well, our only complaint was the shower pressure. It felt like a strong water hose that was a bit painful if we didn't continuously move away from the water.

This hotel was perfect for a family weekend. Safe area and convenient next to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Front desk was great as well! 10/10 would stay here again.

I could write a book on how wonderful this whole experience was. The ladies at the front desk (Iris and Tiffany) were not only amazing but they were beyond the best hotel ambassadors we have ever had the pleasure of meeting!! So professional, pleasant, hospitable, and they spread that energy to everyone there making everyone's experience a pure delight. Iris went beyond and let me borrow her phone charger when she heard I left mine at home and couldn't call my child at home to check in. By the time we checked in (7pm) and went to bed (10pm) we already felt like we'd known them for uears and we were all best friends. The hotel was clean and well taken care of, rooms were comfortable (bed was a little hard), it was quiet, breakfast had plenty of variation, and the other guests were very pleasant. I do believe the "hotel ambassadors" definitely swt this experience over the top! By far, best hotel experience!! Highly recommend!! Oh, family friendly too. We will be staying here during future family vacations!

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The layout of the room is not good for families. The bathroom has a frosted door and is in front of the beds so if anyone uses the bathroom at night then other people are woken up by the light. Also the bathroom door doesn’t lock. Room would be ok for a couple or an individual.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. This property is in a prime location where restaurants, grocery, shopping, gas and major hwy's are all close by. The property itself is brand new, very clean, beautiful rooms, and plenty of parking (no charge). The staff was very friendly, Tracy at the front desk was a delight and she went above and beyond to engage with my family and I and made sure that we were comfortable and had a good stay. Thank you, Springhill team!
