Not a bad place to stay. No complaints other than the toilet having some water stains. The pool looks pretty nice at night but don’t be fooled by the mini baby pool area that I thought was a hot tub. We stayed 4 days and I would surely stay again.

The staff was a family and very hospitable. However, the rooms were old and there was mold in the bathtub. Very old plumbing, toilet ran if not jiggled.

The staff was nice, and for that I feel a little bad writing this review, but it is the truth. I have no idea how this hotel could be rated as very good on Expedia. The only good feature was the pool and it was ice cold and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. My kids fished out the bugs with a net. LOL. The room was not clean and I was highly concerned there were probably bed bugs. I removed the old blanket and sanitized the sheets myself. The shower had mildew and hair on the wall. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The carpet is very old and gross. The tv remote didn’t work. I was told by the front desk to stand and manually change the channel. No sidewalks outside so you can not walk anywhere as the hotel is right next to the freeway. Breakfast extremely limited. Microwaved sausage and eggs. 7-9am only. The maids and staff seem to enter rooms freely. As if all of that wasn’t enough there was a pre scheduled entire hotel power outage from 9am-2pm which we were not informed off until our arrival from out of town and not offered any sort of a refund. Would not recommend.

I have stayed here before so I was expecting a place like the previous time. This time nothing major but it seemed as the rooms we stayed in this time were a little more run down than the last. We got 2 rooms just like last time. In my room the toilet had the dreded ring stains around where the water is, again no biggie. In my kids room there was a couple of things. First the tub had permanent black stains, thought it was mildew but couldn't really tell but it was on there permanent so could've been something different. And second the kids turned on the heater and it smelled so bad of burnt smell. I had them turn it off immediately but the smell was still there the next morning. Maybe run the heaters when it starts to get cold that way the guest don't have to encounter the burnt smell. Now would I stay here again, of course I would.

Dirty floor, broken stuff not taken care of, mold on the wall, hair and private part hair on in the tub. Extremely dirty tub. Nasty bed. Broken and dirty toilet.I would give a negative comment if possible.
Saw a bug in the room and scared my little kid.
Very disappointed that this was a best western plus. It was no where near the quality of other best westerns.

This was a great hotel, I stayed only one day with my family but enough to appreciate the nice service and cleanness of the facilities.

The customer service is excellent as is the location. The room and the building itself are not. First of all, let's call it what it is, a MOTEL. Not a hotel. Google the difference between the two. That makes it feel pretty sketchy. We stayed there with our kids and I was worried about the large window facing the parking lot on the first floor. As for the second floor, well, it's a Motel, so there are no elevators either. The guest seemed to all be families staying there to go to Fiesta Texas, so that was comforting. The tub was old and worn out, so we opted not to use it. Our daughter found a small cockroach in bathroom too, but it was not as scary as the flying cockroach that flew towards my wife outside the night we check in! Breakfast was decent, but it's a very small area and it was a busy time, so overly crowded.

Last minute spring break trip with our three grand kids had us scrambling a fairly nice place to stay. We ended up getting a room towards the very rear of corner of Hotel(Motel). It was disappointing to have to walk through several guys that were outside drinking beer in parking lot and around the hall/tunnel entrance that led to interior corridor where the doors are located.
Room had a bunch of hairs all over it. There was a towel hanging in the closet that appears as if someone hung t dry. I assume then that no one ever inspected or cleaned the closet.
Better be sure to bring your baby crib. The first one we got was broke, the second didn't have a mattress pad.. We lined the bottom with pillows and whatever we could find. I will be sure not to forget the grandson's crib next time.
The breakfast was ok except for they only put out a very small portions constantly running out such as milk, cereal, sausage, syrup, fruit, to mention a few. So for this reason I advised my family to stay in the room and I would take to them as it came out. It would be harder to control 3 young toddlers in the dining area due to this issue. Well, on my second trip taking some food to the room, I was approached by front desk lady that they did not allow you to take food out... Wow, really! after having us stand around like a bunch of hungry hyenas waiting for a meal?Give me a break. That is why I write this review, I would have dismissed everything else but not when they did that to me/us.
