Beds were small. Couch mattress was really bare and full of springs! Felt each one. But the plus is, close to heb and market square. The next night my family and I stayed at the courtyard by Marriott and GUESS WHAT!…. NO MICROWAVE IN OUR ROOM! And I pretty much paid double price for it being on a Saturday night! Will definitely be returning to your location.

actually everything was perfect, except on breakfast time they stole my cell phone by a homeless that it was eating at the Hotel, There is no safety, that was just the Cell phone it could be a kid or a car . I m sorry im not going back. Even dough i love my room that i stay In.

The property is conveniently located to downtown San Antonio. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Joseph was especially helpful in assisting us and our pup “Boots”! He was very accommodating and his customer skills are spot on! My family enjoyed our stay this Memorial Day weekend. We will recommend this location highly! JL JARAMILLO

Staff was welcoming and accommodating upon check-in arrival. Breakfast was good both of the days we were there. Staff kept the property clean. Room was clean just a little outdated. The fridge didn't keep things as cold and both couches had noticeable stains. Hotel is close distance to a lot of places and huge perk to have parking included. We went to the H-E-B across the street and they even had security. Would stay here again as we felt safe. Good hotel for families and pets.

Three adult female family members stayed in the room. It was clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. We felt safe and secure at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Our room was very clean. The beds were comfortable however the pull out sofa was not. We were a party of 3 adults and had to utilize the sofa. The hotel was ideally located for the sites we had come to see. I would highly recommend it to my friends and family.
