Great location & clean rooms. Perfect place to stay with family. Breakfast wasn’t the best but there’s a lot of restaurants near by.

I have stayed twice in this hotel and both times they ran out of coffee. I think they only have one machine and its never enough for so many people on a weekend. We got there at 9:00 am and we were waiting for coffee (we were five in my family), my son kept trying to pour a cup, but he never could, because there was so many people. At 9:30 Yaneth and other lady were saying: “pick up everything, if they didn’t come before 9:30 it’s their problem” (in Spanish so not everyone understood) I asked Veronica in a polite way if I could get a cup for my son and explained why I was asking for one and Yaneth said sorry no more coffee, it’s 9:30 kitchen is closed and she was laughing when she said it. She made fun of me. I asked again and she said no, sorry, but no. So, I asked for the manager and Veronica said ok I’ll give you one, don’t worry. It was a very uncomfortable moment, I was having a nice breakfast with my family and they ruined it for us. If she had told me in a proper way that they were sorry, but there was no more, I would have understood. But, she was so satisfied when she said sorry it’s 9:30, no more coffee. I really hope you can speak to her about her manners.

Stayed 2 nights with family. I really liked the selection for complimentary breakfast and dinner options. I disliked that there were several pets on property that barked loudly, could hear upstairs guests, and it’s not directly by the tourist side of river walk(about a 10 min walk). Also it’s paid gated parking. Be sure to take your room key to get in and out and you must keep the car tag or you will get towed. There was also kids park walking distance that was nice for kids.

It took the hot water for ever to heat up the bathroom was so small the door hit the toilet the air conditioner is on a motion detector so when you leave you come back to a hot room which is not fun after walking around the riverwalk all day in the heat only one elevator so had to wait 10-15 min each time or take the stairs pool is not kid friendly

Great family hotel! Only downside was they were remodeling one of the elevators so it was difficult to get a ride down or up. We ended up taking the stairs most of the time. However the hotel staff and hotel in general were great! I would stay there again.

Cant believe a 7 stories hotel only one elevator was working and it was so slow. All maintenance people and housekeeping were using it too while customer were trying to use elevators to do check out and validate parking so they cant be charge extras. It did take me over 25 minutes waiting for the elevator at 7 floor once it got there a maintenance lady and housekeeping lady were using it and told us to keep waiting. We were 3 families with lil lids and luggage waiting for a long time to ne told by them that. I stopped the elevator and told them no. That they need to get off the elevator and let us use it. That housekeeping said she need to do her job which I told her to tell the hotel manager to fix the other elevator that it supposed to be use for employees only (first floor sign said for cart only) worst elevator ever. Only one and slow so slow. I hold the elevator doors until both employee got off of them and the 3 families got in.
