This property is next to a heart hospital. The patrons and staff are not empathetic to the fact that many guests are there for pre-surgery and post-surgery stay. There were kids running up and down the halls past midnight. Dogs barking, howling,and yelping. Loud, loud music playing and people with no respect talking loudly and screaming at each other. The room was dirty and smoke detector had cover missing with live wires hanging out of it. All mngt could do was shrug their shoulders. As we were leaving the property there were prostitutes loitering in front of the hotel. Never would i recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room had a toddler toilet, very short and inappropriate for adults. When mentioned to desk clerk upon check out she just laughed and said some rooms had low toilets and some had taller ones. I will say this we arrived early and did get in a room a few hours early. Will never stay at a LaQuita again. Coming back on Thursday and have booked directly with a different hotel.

Needed hotel within walking distance to hospital. Rooms were updated, furnished well, and clean. The bed was comfortable enough (just a matter of do you like firm or not). Best thing I enjoyed was the 24 hour coffee bar. I basically lived in coffee to make it through assisting my family member in the hospital - so this was a big help!

Property was dirty,elevators both did not work,furniture are old and breakfast was so boring,no bananas. Sausage and eggs every morning. Cigars smoking in the hallways were horrible and penetrated to rooms.toilet seat was so low(for kids potty training). The room cleaning lady was so nice. No body lotion.no shower caps.

There is prostitution going on in this hotel. Unfortunately it is embarrassing to stay in this hotel with family when there are multiple visitors throughout the night visiting the next room banging the doors and talking loud and there are moaning and sexual sounds coming constantly from that room. Our folks have lost their moral values. I'll never stay in this hotel again.

It provided the basic minimum needed for the family. Only one elevator was working and we were given the 4th floor, so we did encounter a lot of folks that were with dogs and sometimes that did surprise us on the elevator. Printers were broken, but the breakfast was included so it allowed for a decent stay. Nothing exceptional to be observed. Although I was disappointed that being a Hotels.com customer, the representative did not use my points for my stay here on technicalities that were made up.

The only issue is the double bed rooms do NOT have queen size beds. They are slightly bigger than a twin. I have never experienced this before even in Europe so it was a shock. This caused issues since we are a family of three and two adult size people were forced to sleep in one bed. I got stuck since smaller and was on the very edge. Not fun at all. Otherwise everything else was great.
