Hotel and rooms are not kept up with. Crumbs and stains left on floor and seats. Never anyone up front to ask for supplies or directions. Manager never present - prior to arriving, we had questions about reservations and was told twice to call back since manager wasn’t there. At check in, Tom we reserved was not available because heat and a/c wasn’t working so they put us in 2 separate non adjoining rooms which was inconvenient since we were traveling with kids

I loved that this property is in Missouri City and really close to Sugar Land. I have family that lives in both places, and this was so close to their homes! Also loved the proximity to shopping. I loved that there is a Spring Creek Barbecue place that is a 5-minute walk from this place. We really enjoyed having a nice and decent breakfast offered every morning with our stay. Would stay here again!

The restroom has poor water pressure in the shower and sink. The toilet height is basically for a small child, not for people of average height or taller. You may want to consider remolding the restrooms in the suites. Otherwise the hotel was nice with friendly, kind staff. Wonderful breakfast varieties and bed was very comfortable.

The room wasn’t very clean at all. Carpet was badly stained, air conditioning was’t cooling and it sounded horrible, like a washing machine. First nite children was running down the hall and slamming doors @ 2am. Microwave barely works. The safety lock on the door didn’t lock from the inside. I also had to put 3 pillows together to make one, it was so flat. There was an ironing board with no iron. For the money you’ll charge per nite is crazy . Upgrade and Update your rooms. I’ll never stay or recommend this hotel ever.

I've stayed at this hotel before and it is very clean. The front desk attendants are very courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Locations was great, but hotel room and premise were dirty and many run-down things about it. Seemed they needed to hire a new maintenance crew or something. Our heavy shower door felt like it was going to fall off the hinges any moment and crush us, the room had hairballs on the floor when we first entered along with no soaps or towels or coffee items. The outside near the pool was gross with tons of cigarette butts everywhere, spilled food and drinks on the tables, chairs and floors, and the fountain was broken and filled with dirty water that looked hazardous if a child fell in on accident.
