Our entire stay was great except the pool was green. As a travel softball family, the kids always want to go back to swim after playing out in the heat all day but they didnt want to get in it because it was so gross looking. However, all the staff was so kind, breakfast was great, rooms were clean, and our kids loved the pool table in the lobby!

Came with children. The pool was smaller than I thought. The room was good. I liked the no carpet in the room but it could have been cleaned before. Overall it was a good hotel. It didn’t stink and it was convenient to some restaurants.

My family come here serveral times a year for Diving Competitions and we always stay at Tru, it is a farther drive but we live the location and the hotel. The front seat and service team are amazing and we will be back next month.

We stay here every time we come back to midland to visit family. Employees are always very nice, clean rooms and a good breakfast included. Very convenient to the airport and loop 250.

First time staying at a Tru hotel. Rooms are smaller,but the big factor was noise. Our floor was very noisy with kids banging on doors and running up and down the hall until 2:00am. This isnt the hotels fault, ut the sound carried through the room door more than normal. Maybe because the rooms have no carpet. I thought the rooms would be cleanier, but there were still a lot of hair on the bathroom floor that wasnt mine. The beds were comfy if only I could have slept. Oh, I even wore ear plugs. Breakfast was not as nice as many hotels. The oatmeal wasnt cooked and was very runny.

We had a great stay with no issues. Rooms were clean and cool the staff was awesome. It looked a bit rowdy when we got in after our event but I noticed there were families with kids playing games and not a bunch of drunks.

The over all stay at Tru was comfortable. Awesome mattresses, pillows, lobby, they have activities for you, games for kids, breakfast was good. House cleaning can improve, the last 3 days was like they had forgot I was there after requesting for room to be maintained daily.

We loved this hotel! It was clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a baby with us and they provided a pack n play for him to sleep in. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

This hotel was great from the customer service, the free breakfast (was really good!!), the cleanliness, close to a lot with some in walking distance. Often you get to hotels and think this is nothing like the pictures but this one was true to the pictures they post! The ladies were all great with customers. Nice lobby that we hung out with other family members that were in the area! Great stay and great staff!
