The room was very spacious. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Our family was very happy with our stay there.

I can't tell you how the stay was. Because the hotels.com app said it changed my dates so I went on with doing what I needed. Then when I look today at my email it says oh how was your stay. I contacted hotels.com they were no help refused a refund lied and said they contacted the hotel when they did not. So now I don't get to see family for the first holidays without my mom. I am out $130 and get to have a nightmare day for Christmas Eve👎

A family checked in above me after midnight and ran around the room, stomping, and pounding not the floor for a full hour. I called the front desk requesting they contact the room, and ask them to be quiet. The family didn't change their behavior after the first call was made. When I called back a second time, the front desk told me "they weren't sure what else they could do" and offered to change my room. This was 12:30am at night, and the noise had woken me up. That was an inappropriate solution. I had to call five times between 12 and 1am asking for the neighbor to be spoken to. On the fifth call, I was told I wasn't the only guest in the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel because of the rude night staff.

Had a very pleasant stay and especially thrilled that I was about to bring my fur baby! Location was convenient to restaurants and stores and was very quiet and safe. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Only thing I wasn't happy with was the very low water pressure for the shower and the pool wasn't available.

The pool wasn't open which I understand due to covid but I was looking forward to my grandkids having some fun there. The water pressure in the room was minimal. But over all we loved the room. Spacious, clean and definitely will be coming back.

Friendly greeting upon arrival, followed by call from the front desk to ensure that we were happy with the room. Nice to have the extra space of a suite to spread out. We like the room length counters and extra drawers to get all our stuff off the floor. We use the fully equipped kitchen to warm up restaurant leftovers and have snacks. Beds were comfortable, and choice of pillow styles is great - everyone gets what they want. The breakfast is not the common fare, and that works for us! Love all the toppings for the oatmeal; the breakfast sandwiches are excellent and the waffles are always a hit with the kids. Very good coffee. Staff was very accommodating when we needed late checkout. They were always friendly; even when they were busy, they were smiling and waving hello. Thank you Home2Suites - we will look for one wherever we travel.
