The facilities for our family reunion were very adequate.

We stay here everytime we are in the area. This time we had minor and then owners fixed it asap. They even refunded our stay. We will definitely continue staying here. Would recommend it to families with kids

I had booked for 4 rooms and 1 of the 4 was a late check in. Staff had a family member try 3 occupied rooms at 3am because staff had put the wrong person in the reserved room. Since it was grad weekend all hotels in the area were sold out so our family had to sleep in their car with 2 kids due to the hotels mistake. The next morning, the hotel found the “missing room” but wanted to change my family for the night they sleep in their car. On top of all of that the other 3 rooms we had they changed our Expedia rate because I modified my reservation through the hotel. They wanted to charge us DOUBLE what Expedia quoted us. Hotel was blaming Expedia saying that Expedia changed the rate in the hotel system. When I called Expedia they said that they have no control over prices in hotels systems and that the hotel was lying!! Finally at check out I got to talk to someone at the hotel that could actually help and after showing proof of the reservations price change. They honored Expedias rate. What was supposed to be a joyful weekend turned into a literally nightmare for our family. If at all possible just spend the extra money on a better property. This place was not worth saving money. It’s a very dated hotel, and not ADA compliant since they don’t have an elevator on site for the 2nd room.

Hotel was good, room was big and comfortable perfect for a family. Was close to Walmart and lots of restaurants. Pool was big and outside but was not heated so it was FREEZING! Hot tub was nice and inside in its own room. Breakfast was ok just a basic hotel style waffle, eggs, sausage, cereal etc.

Wonderful visit. Felt nothing but peace and quiet and calm. Highly recommend the Ashford and will recommend to all of my family and friends 👍

It was a great stay for my family of 6.

I had a family emergency and needed to cancel the reservation and I was charged the full price of the room. Thanks for the compassion and humanity.

The property was ok. We were in town for one night as a family of four with young kids. It was very dated with lots of patching on the walls in the hallways and rooms. It was not dirty per say just not well taken care of. The furniture was very worn looking. The breakfast was not good. We ended up walking to the donut place down the street. The location is good. The swimming pool was very cloudy and dirty. The price was good, but this is really an example of you get what you pay for, so I can't be to upset over it.

The place is old, but kept up. Quiet, even with a bus full of track kids.
