My stay was amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The manager was there too to help out and make sure everything was going smoothly. He was super nice and so helpful to me and my family. I loved the pool and the fitness center and the hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. I’ll definitely be returning. -Stephanie

I love it here it’s peaceful clean very good customer service I will make this my second home. I been telling all my friends and family as well as coworkers. I work 6 weeks straight in Pecos Texas and come home for 2weeks. This will be where I will stay when on break. Thank you so much

The Staff was always going above and beyond to make your stay the best. The experience my family and I had after being there for natural disaster it felt good to have good people taking care of us . So thank you !!!

stayed here twice already before, still look good and clean, it’s just that some equipment ain’t working the same as when my family stayed here last time like the back door don’t open outside with the card and elevator’s a little bit shaky but they maintained the cleanliness of the room tho. staff were so kind and the breakfast are good too.

I made reservations with several other family members and all of their rooms were canceled under the guise of A/C problems. When we got there, I learned there was no problem with the A/C. Instead all of the double rooms were given to a large church group and the hotel was overbooked. There were not enough towels in the hotel, as the large group were sleeping 6 people to each room and needed more towels. The hotel should have done a better job planning accommodation for the guests. The shower was also full of hair. We only stayed one night, and found another hotel the next day.

The place was fine, the problem was that their fob key machine wasn’t working so we had to rely on they lobby staff to open our hotel room. We are a family of four so that became ver cumbersome.

Check in took about 30+minutes because of computer system issues. When we finally got into the room the AC was making a terrible clicking noise. The sofa bed had a sign under the cushions saying do not use as bed so my kid had to sleep on the sofa. Staff was nice but won’t stay again
