We checked in late at 12 am. The next day I requested late checkout. 12 pm was approved. After learning my flight was delayed I asked to extend the late checkout. The manager told me to call back at 12 to request. When I did that, it was denied and I had to decide to pay another night but then the whole hotel power went out. No light, no ac, no accommodations. The pool and jacuzzi was filthy! No water was available to purchase or given as courtesy. I asked for washing/drying accommodation, that wasn’t working either. This was a horrible experience for me, my husband and my child while on vacation.

Dirty, loud, screaming children, loud fighting. No trash can in the hotel room. Horrendous. I’m horrified. And here with my daughter. Terrible that this is rated as a good hotel. I will never trust any of your reviews again. And you have worked hard to force me to re-do this one as well by rejecting it. You won't accept my negative review. No wonder you have misinformation posted on your site.

The room had no working card key and they tried to fix it but couldn’t. So, after waiting we were provided with master key that could open any room, so we have to leave it in the front desk every time we go out. Once inside the room, we tried to turn on the TV but it was not working. Somebody came and was able to fix it after some few minutes. The room smells bad, no smoke detector, tub very slippery and no mat. My husband slipped in the tub and hurt himself. I reported this incident to the front desk. I was told to ask for a tub mat next time. I said, no more next time for us. This is a basic stuff that needs to be provided in each room. I also saw a crawling baby roach in my drinking cup. No more next time in this hotel.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY WITH BABIES! The listing states family friendly and free cribs. THEY DO NOT HAVE CRIBS! I got here with my 10 month old and was told too bad, and I was not able to cancel to go to a different hotel. Also, when I went down for breakfast the juice machine was broken. They had one type of toast, one type of cereal and two oatmeal’s. They had no way to get clean drinking water in the entire hotel, except the taps in our room. I was told that by the front desk. I have a reservation here in a week, after my cruise, but I will be cancelling it, and giving my business to someone else that has the amenities they say they do.

Stay far away from this hotel. Entire hotel smelled like marijuana, staff smelled like marijuana. It was just unpleasant especially since I had kids with me. They gave me the wrong room, I booked a two queen beds room and got one king bed. Staff didn’t even try to explain or make up for it in any way, or not even apologize. This was a huge inconvenience since I had my family with me. The room they gave me had a pull out sofa, upon pulling it out it was completely full of trash and smelled terrible. I wouldn’t let my dog stay at this hotel.

During my stay, they removed breakfast from the area because the hotel had an inspection and my family and friends were left without breakfast for that reason (which was very strange for us) but the room and the hotel were in good condition 🌸

This property has an owner who doesn't care about their guests or their staff. The employees try to assist guests but are handicapped by not having the resources or support to do their jobs. The hotel rooms are kept at 69 degrees because the rooms are constantly moist. The bedding was always moist. When we arrived, there were only enough towels for two people and we needed enough for four for our family. I was told they didn't have any towels available and that we had to share I had to request towels each day and was given one or two every so often but was never provided a full set Although f four or fresh floor towels. They also had no towels available at the pool. We requested room cleaning every day and never received it. I had to take out the trash and leave dirty items in the hallway. The bathroom toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. When I called to let them know, I was informed that the installer had not done it right and there was no way to repair it. I also spoke to the front desk in person several times about this and the fact that we had dead bugs in the phone in our room.i was told that the owner was not willing to pay for maintenance. I explained that EZ anchors from Lowe's would fix the situation. The floor was disgusting and things just seemed not right. Our towels had to be hung up but they never dried. We saw several cockroaches on the property. The hired staff not related to the owner were great and really tried. DO NOT STAY HERE

The staff was very friendly and nice. The only thing was that the bathroom door didn’t lock and the tv was to far facing down had to put a cup on the back to pickup the bottom. My sons were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We had 6 family staying there for a family reunion.
