Staybridge Suites IAH Airport East, an IHG Hotel

The people working here were super friendly and accommodating! They provided a free shuttle to the mall for our family, helped store our luggage when we arrived earlier than check in. They were very accommodating. Would recommend to anyone needing someone to stay by the airport to book here.

Chose this location for the last 3 days and 2 nights of our Houston family vacation as it was conveniently located close to the airport. We had to return our rental car so I wanted to be as close as possible. Clean and ample size room for our family of 4. Kitchen was great esp when travelling with young children. Check in and check out was a breeze. Plenty of parking. Had a pretty comfortable stay. Appreciate housekeeping emptying the trash and replacing the towels on our second day. And no I didn’t hear airport noise during our stay.

Best place to stay for the reasonable price. Very clean all around , safe parking with night security on lot . Breakfast is good AND the have a cool social hour luncheon on some weeks days like Monday - Wednesday which is good food/drinks and helps budget if traveling with kids. Friendly FYI , Also have complimentary laundry machines but only take laundry pods. Forgot em ? Don’t worry the front desk has them for $1 cash or card so just ask . 10/10 stay

I stay here whenever I fly into IAH and I’ve never had a bad experience. The front desk staff is always accommodating considering I come in on a red eye. I’m familiar with the area so I grab breakfast at the hotel which is great and run a few errands. By the time I’m back they have my room ready for an early check in. I’m an IHG rewards member as well and they always thank me for being a member as well. Rooms are always clean and my stay is peaceful. Even with kids on the property it is pretty noise free which is nice considering I usually try to get some rest during my stay. Overall great stay. Highly recommended

This is a very clean, quiet hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The property was clean, staff was pleasant to work with, and the room/suite was very comfortable for a family of four. The complementary breakfast had multiple options and was hot and tasted good.

This hotel was perfect for our stay! Our family of 5 fit in one room without issue. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and keep snacks on hand. The pool area was well kept, although there were no towels available. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection.

Horrible I was racially profiled. The next morning after check in, The new staff that came on approached me at breakfast asking me do I have a room at the hotel because (quote) we know everyone here and we don’t know you. Because I was the only black one making breakfast the lobby was full of white people making breakfast. Because they could not identify me at the time I was told to vacate the property asap .I was humiliated, I was embarrassed I was ashamed in front of all of these white people my civil rights was violated, my rights as a tax payer, as a mother of 7 children as a grandmother as a person, as a hard worker as a home owner. I will be moving forward on this matter they will not getaway with what has transpired my vacation was ruined I cried and cried they will not get away with this I was sapose to check out the next day I checked out the same day I could not stay here another day. After all this they tried to apologize for embarrassing me after finding out that they have made a terrible mistake it was to late for that you should have done your homework before you singled me out and embarrassed me. Horrible experience will never ever stay here again. At least not while being a black person.

I didn’t stay. Had a death in the family so I couldn’t make it. Was distracted from my reservation cancellation bc of the death and I ended up having to pay for the room anyway. It was my fault. Not theirs. Called with the explanation but still had to pay. Just had an overall bad weekend but I’m sure the hotel is very nice.

Great hotel as far as customer service, very family friendly, very clean!
