I stayed at this location because of a recommendation from a coworker who visits Houston frequently. She was correct that the hotel is clean and friendly staff. We felt safe and they had good parking. We were also allowed to check in a little early which was awesome after a long drive. Only slight issue is the elevator. Of the two - one was not working and the working elevator sounded like it was about to fail. Other than that this was a really nice hotel and we will stay there again (our child will be going to school in Houston).

We had a reservation, however when we got there at 6 our room wasn’t ready….checkin was at 3. There were several other families that had been waiting since 3 for their rooms to be ready as well. Also, walls are very thin. We could easily hear the fights and and conversations in the rooms on either side of us. Breakfast was beyond awful!!! Watered down apple juice, no milk for cereal and the pastries were like rubber. The rate should have been half of what I paid for what we got.

We had 4 great nights at this hotel, excellent service, i will stay at this hotel for sure next time... The pool is great and the suite very good size, great for our family of 5.
