This was not one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have stayed in but it worked fine for our family of five. We booked the 1 bedroom suite thinking it would have a separate bedroom like others we have booked but it was just one big room with two queen beds and a pullout couch that was absolutely worthless and terrible. My child had to sleep on the pullout couch and we had to use the couch and chair cushions to try to make the bed comfortable. It was in a decent area, we were glad we could walk to get food for dinner, there were decent options right in walking distance. The shuttle to and from the airport worked out great for us. Just make sure you call the when you are ready to get picked up. They can only fit so many people in the shuttle and they will take you in the order you called. They also only shuttle back to the airport on the hour. We didn’t use the pool but it was outside and seemed super small. Breakfast was good as usual for the Holiday Inn.

Jacuzzi and Pool for kids and hot breakfast were main criteria for selecting an airport area hotel, the pool is smaller than in photo and it's freezing cold, and jacuzzi does not work. The breakfast was great. Our room had not received maid service, so they upgraded us to a suite.

The room was perfect for our family of 5. The only thing bad i have to complain is the people under us complained of my kids running during the morning of check out and that they ran out of breakfast foods and bowls. They ran a little bit because i was trying to get them to wake up so we could check out. I felt like my kids were not welcomed.

I stay here everytime i visit my family. The staff is always courteous with great customer service. I love the room and location.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Lobby and breakfast area were really nice. Other than that, hotel is dated and needs cosmetic renovations. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Parking was safe and well lit at night. Close to food options. I would stay again for 1 night solo if needed. However, due to it being so dated I wouldn't want to stay for longer or for a family trip.

Great experience from check in to check out. Stayed 2 nights and slept good. Hotel is nice and quiet. Clean! Cleanliness is in a hotel is hard to find when you’re trying to stay on a budget. We had a nice clean room and were able to sleep peacefully. Although there was some traffic at certain times we did not find that bothersome. Breakfast was really good my kids enjoyed it. Will definitely book here in the future.

Absolutely would not recommend this place at all! We stayed for an event thay was held there and the family all booked rooms. We could tell it was dated from the pictures, and definitely needs some renovation, however it was the horrendous customer service that led me to leave this review. The rooms was not clean, the TVs do not work, the ac did not work. Shawn was the gentleman at night that was helpful, polite, and awesome! Continue to read about the worst lady in customer service posotiin named Jasmine! The young lady, whom I'm not sure she gave me her truthful name, was the most rudeest person i have met in a long time. She stated her name was Jasmine. I was checking in with exteneded family and she received a call from.a young man and just kept saying "GIVE ME SEC, THERE'S PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME"... he stayed on speaker phone for the entire lobby to hear him having his on convo and music playing. My sister in law waited till Jasmine handed me my room key and i was walking off and she snaps at my mother in law and sister in law and staed I'm not ready to speak to yoi yet. I could write a book on her. The TVs did not work in our room or my in laws rooms and we have to move more than once and they could never find a king room that the TV worked. Jasmine hung up on me while i was speaking the next day when i asked about checkout because we were told 1 by the event coordinator, but i wasnt sure if it was 11 like the page said.
