Had a great family get away for husbands birthday, kid and i went swimming, best thing is it was pouring outside and we were good inside swimming away till 9pm. Only thing i didn't like, and reason for some not so good score, is that upon check in, after 4pm, much much later than 4pm, we had to wait, for front desk to GO check if anything was available for us! Why so late after checkin? Cuting into our family time.

Too much chlorine in the pool water my kids started complaining of stomach aches at night and while in the water they were complaining of their eyes burning and coughing and nausea.

Friend Staff. being a senior, enjoyed being put on 1st floor. bed was comfortable. didn't like...room was in front of pool. could hear children making too much noise while trying to sleep. Room was supercold, but we just turned off AC and were comfortable. overall...it was pretty good. would go back to that location.

Very clean, absolutely nice staff. The room was very spacious. Jacuzzi and pool were well taken care of. Breakfast was great! I loved that they have coffee available 24hrs a day! The staff was very accommodating. Will definitely be back with my family.

We arrived, young lady took my name then looked on the computer. Then she got on her phone and walked away. She then returned to complete my check in with No explanation given. When going into my room , my neighbor was walking out and I hear a child say Bye Mommy. Later thay night i could hear children running around, above and next door to me.

After some mishaps with room/hotel (ac didn’t work, bath room cleanliness, dinning closed) we were able to get a new room for the remainder of our stay. Staff was very accommodating and even offered to get us a new place to stay due to the remodeling of hotel (due to storm damage). Over all it was a good place to stay. We have stayed here prior to this and we’re satisfied that’s why we booked again this 2nd time around but we’re not impressed as the first time. Over all beds were comfortable, 2nd room was clean and well maintained, worked out for us being close to family.

They had me in lobby since 1130 pm to 500am waiting to get room cause lights went off at 5am when they found out was going to stay for 3 nights guy says ill open room so u and family can get some rest well fix inconvenience said ok in morning at 8am still no light and went to talk to manager susan o sandra and they said had to pay full rate cause sleeping there said ok guess told her still no light she said nothing due for refund so said im stuck cause already payed was in second floor with no key to access my room everything pitch black then pipe bursted and room was rain fall from roof after

It was great location. Breakfast needs a little attention with line item selection. Over all the hotel is great place to stay. If opportunity presents itself again will stay here again. Will recommend to family and friends. Thanks for the great stay!!

One of the few hotels in the valley with an indoor pool. It wasnt particularly warm, but was cold outside so was an option my kids enjoyed. Breakfast was better than expected and the room/bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed there were no safety or grab bars in bathroom tub.
