La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Cypress

We were there for the birth of great-grand babies. The room was clean and didn't smell. The pool room was very hot and the water was very cold. The little coffeemaker in the room didn't work and we had a purple hue on the TV. But we made the best of it.

It was a nice stay kids loved the pool

From the general manager Charyl greeting me with warm welcomes and a smile that lights up all of Houston, to the Front desk manager JaCorey making my stay so comfortable and peaceful. Or the night time staff Colin who’s extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had. Kristen treated me as if I was her own child with extra fluffy pillows or towels Alex the night time manager DOES NOT PLAY ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE GUESTS OR OUR PROPERTY!!!!! The beds are fluffy and comfortable CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN is an understatement I loved that even though I clean all of my own rooms and bathrooms I felt like it was throughly already done! The cleaning staff has the best hospitality and great attitudes when I needed extra conditioner and hand towels! This staff is beautiful patient kind & have wonderful attitudes all across the board ! My intention was to only stay two days but I ended up extending my staff four more days! I truly don’t want to go home lol! I will book this place again and again and again. People need to know about this staff you’ll be greeted with honor respect and appreciation. The morning breakfast is delicious and you get a side of hospitality from Mrs. Tracey who greets you with a beautiful good morning and so attentive all while keep the breakfast bar super clean and safe for all to enjoy! DONT DELAY & BOOK YOUR NEXT STAY HERE I PROMISE YOU WONT REGRET IT AND WISH YOU WOULD HAVE BOOKED SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!!!!!!

Loved this property and it’s pet friendly. Clean, convenient, easy to find. Great stay even though we were subjected to kids in room above us bouncing off the walls. There was a baseball tournament and many young boys and family. It was all good.

Hotel was clean, great for families!

My only issue was turning on the shower; you have to be IN it to operate and you get blasted with child water. The shower door should open on the other side. The staff were super friendly!!

This was a fabulous LaQuinta! Super clean and smelled great! Exceptional set up for pets. Well kept clean grass for fur babies to potty. I cant say enough great things about this property.

Stayed at this location several years ago when it first opened. I was pleasantly surprised that it still felt new. The check-in host was semi-friendly. The location is difficult to get to as it is behind other stores and only one way works to get there. Parking is small. However, because of it's convenient location to family, we would stay here again.

We stayed here for convenience to family. Our sleep was constantly interrupted by barking dogs most of the night. At my suggestion of having a non-pet floor was told Wyndham doesn’t allow. Was told during non-busy time they usually put the pets on second floor but we (with no pets) were given a room on the second floor!!! Not a good stay!!
