Our family visited a few days ago for the AJR concert. Horace made it a point to go above and beyond for us. Exceptional customer service! The rest of the staff was extremely kind and helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect. Our family came to go to the Zoo, and we were very close. The river and surroundings were very nice. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, from the lobby, to the pool area, to our room. Horace was extremely helpful to us. He was friendly and funny and let us know that he was there for anything that may come up. Marquita showed the helpfulness the next morning. We loved our stay and want to here each time we come to the zoo.

We checked in with no problems. He was very friendly. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. First time we stayed her for a night. We had a Dr appointment at Cooks children medical. Would recommend.

Carpets were dirty in the hallways, our room had a stench - not really chemicals but I thought it smelled a bit like urine. Room was fine. Pool looked a bit like a pool of gelatin, clean but seemed like a “thick” water. We did not use it because of this. But did see one family in it during our 3 day trip

I reserved a room for my daughter in her name for the night of Sept 18, 2023. My grandchild had an appt to see a specialist at Cook's Children's Hospital the next morning. After their 3 1/2 hr drive to the area with a 4mth old, the fact that ck-in was w/o incident, rm was clean & a hot breakfast was available was a blessing. I will definitely use again if a return to Cook's is necessary.

Hotel is next to restaurants, walking distance to the FW Zoo, as well as to Trinity Park. Shopping near by. An Apple Store is across the road which could be a plus for some needing services. Upon arrival we were greated, checked in and given a goodie bag with 1 bottled water and a pack of chex. We are a couple and checked in as two guest and visibly could see there are two of us, so I would suggest it would be nice to accommodate both with their own bottle water. It’s not a major deal just an idea. Many hotels don’t even go that far. You have to pay extra to be given a bottle water a day. So it was still a nice treat. The location was great and served its purpose as we were in town to celebrate a grand baby’s 1st bday at the zoo. The room was clean and cool in temperature. Texas heat has been horrible so it was nice to get that cool down. Service was great by all. Breakfast was complimentary and the eggs were eggcellent! We had many visitors of family coming to see us and had zero problems. All in all it was a good experience.

We had a pleasant stay. We reviewed some bad recent reviews after booking and were a little worried about what we would find. Staff was super friendly, told us in advance the pool was out of order and gave us a chance to cancel. We opted to stay, mainly because we were pretty tired. Room was clean, and everything worked. Front desk called us about 30 min after checking in to make sure everything was ok with the room. Breakfast was good. However after recieving the bill, I noticed there was a $6 charge for parking. Not a huge deal, but hotels.com description said free parking. The hotel was close to Cooks childrens medical center which is why we stayed there. Would probably stay again.
