Hilton Fort Worth

So to start, got a double room that connected 1 room for my mom and daughter and a second room for me and my two sons rooms 824 and 826 my room bathroom handicapped shower rail broke so they moved me. It was our last night, I said we had one night left it's fine I didn't wanna move everything, still moved us to a new room anyway. We got room 822....the new room we got, had issues, the bathroom door knob was broken and my 5-year-old got stuck for a minute to make it worse the light flickered like a horror film so that made it worse for my son while I and his 16-year-old brother tried to get him out. Today 7/6/2024 I told the front desk lady the issues she said she would let the manager know so something could be done. I spent almost 1700.00 dollars for a double room for 4 nights. It was very old and outdated and needs some upgrades. I mean while the staff was great to us top-notch even. Now the parking mobile thing could be better i would send a message 20-30 minutes before going down and would end up having to show the guy my cell phone vehicle number so he can go get it. All in all in the end our family vacation was great the hotel stay could have been better but the manager never engaged us or remedied anything. In the future would not stay here again just due to management not caring for the amount of money spent and the trouble to move from room to room.

i had a reservation for 2 nights. I had to leave in the middle of the night of the first night due to a family emergency, and checked out and explained why i was leaving at that time. I contacted the hotel asking for either a refund or just to hold a room credit for the 2nd unused night which I was going to use just a couple of days later. They refused to refund the money or give me credit for that second night. I found that surprising esp since i was going to stay there again. Now, I will never stay in that hotel. Friends of mine in the hotel mgmt business will hear this story. Family of mine will never stay in that hotel. As a long time Hilton Honors member, i found that decision to be - lets say disappointing

The hotel was nice in a great area. We had a room with a king bed with the sofa bed. The sofa bed was up against the bed so we had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom. Very inconvenient for my parents and their grandkids.

Love the hotel. Our door was sticking so hard to open and close. Beds aren’t super comfortable and rooms didn’t have enought towels for the entire family.
