Super clean and everything looks like new. I like the modern style bathroom. The breakfast is really over the value. I with kids enjoyed fresh pancake very much.

Great space for our family get away!

We had a very nice, quiet stay with our family. Great breakfast options too.

I arrived at 4 PM check-in was at 3 PM. My Sweet was not ready me and my family were downstairs in the lobby for about 45 minutes waiting for them to clean the room, it was hot. The air conditioner downstairs was not working in the lobby, they had fans going to try to keep it cool, the ice vending machines were broken the pool was disgustingly, dirty, no filtration, the hot tub was down, I would not recommend this hotel at all especially for vacationing families.

My family and I have stayed here 3 times and we would stay here again. I recommend this hotel.

The property had a mexican restaurant nearby and that was a nice option. There was also a shuttle to get us to/from the Stockyards in the evenings and the driver was fantastic. We took the train in and ubered to the hotel and arrived a little after 1. The girl at the front desk didnt ask my name or make any effort to be polite in telling me that checkin was not until 3- regardless of whether a room was ready. Around 2 someone was at the desk upset about not being able to check in and she just walked off for about ten minutes. During that time a line grew and there was no staff in sight. She returned with her lunch and played on her phone. While we were checking in she laid her phone on the desk and was visibly scrolling through texts talking to friends and ignoring us. We booked a room with a pullout couch and it had no bedding. When I called she said i could come down and get it myself. The room was very mediocre for the price. The pullout couch was paper thin. Id called months before we arrived to ask about the shuttle and was only told they had one. After checking in, we were told it didnt start running until 6. When this was pointed out to the front desk she just stared indifferently at us and shrugged. The trip to fort worth was great. But when so many people come there via the train, they should be more accomdating. And the front desk girl was horrendous. I travelled with my husband and two young kids and if you have children I would not recommend this place.

Check in was 3pm. Couldn't get to our room until 4.45pm. Two families that we were traveling with got told their room was no longer available at 7pm day of check in. Told there was a leak... Which when we asked the staff they had no idea what we were talking about. Car then got stolen and they wouldnt show us the camera history. And, to top it off. The shuttle driver tried to fight my husband. Awful experience

Drunk kids partying in the hallway. Staff did not handle it. We had to deal with them to shut them up at 1:30am. Sofa bed NOT comfortable.
